Couldn't ask for nicer people to assist with the purchase

Couldn't ask for nicer people to assist with the purchase of my new kia did not feel pressured at any time during the sale.Kenny was great with explaining all the features but that will still take me awhile loved the experience from start to finish will definitely use in the future

Our experience with Rusty Wallace Kia was amazing. Russell was our salesperson, and there was no stone unturned. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us and all of our questions. He went out of his way for other request as well. Highly recommend him to anyone

We had a great experience at Rusty Wallace Kia.

We had a great experience at Rusty Wallace Kia. We great a great pice on our trade in, our salesman was great, the finance director was great, even the secretary was great! We felt like we got a good deal. We are beyond happy with the purchase of our 2025 Kia K5 GT-line. The dealership is also very nice. I couldn't believe how clean the restrooms were! They even had free drinks and snacks! I highly recommend Rusty Wallace Kia! Ask for Cornell Odom! He's an amazing salesman!

The dealership itself was very bright and clean. All the staff was very courteous and friendly. I had a great salesman who made sure I felt comfortable with how everything worked in car. I would purchase here again and definitely recommend them to others.

I bought two car from Rusty Wallace KIA it’s was good

I bought two car from Rusty Wallace KIA it’s was good experience specially with Mr.Tushar as our sales , he helped us to find what car perfect for us and we got telluride and K5 because of our sales person Mr.Tushar helped us and I do service too for my K5 and they doing great job and offer me to wash too as well , I will continue doing business to service my car .

Absolutely DO NOT buy a Kia I bought my 2016 Kia Sportage

Absolutely DO NOT buy a Kia I bought my 2016 Kia Sportage new almost $30,000 AWD it started using oil at 95,000 miles and not just one but 2 dealers (Morristown and Knoxville) told me it was normal to use a quart of oil every 1,000 miles I am a woman but I knew that was not true after 4 oil checks and they decided to do a deep engine clean it took them well over a month to get the chemical to do said engine clean 3 weeks of that time they had my car I had my car back from them 16 days and was driving to Ohio for a wedding and my engine locked up on the interstate Jake Sweeney Kia in Florence Ky refused to help us because they were closing in 10 minutes I had driven the car 790 miles when it locked up and my car has 101040 miles on it so if you want a vehicle that has a hundred thousand miles life expectancy go Kia if you expect more go else where
