We showed up after work and an hour before the dealership

We showed up after work and an hour before the dealership closed and Lawrence helped us out and even stayed late. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and really pleasant to work with. Definitely would work with him again in the future.

Lawrence was extremely helpful and attentive.

Lawrence was extremely helpful and attentive. He spent literally all day selling me a car. He never raised an eyebrow when “I wanted to drive just one more”. I’ve owned over 40 vehicles on my lifetime and I have to say Lawrence is one of the best salesman I’ve ever had. I highly recommend him and Phil Long Ford at Chapel Hills.

Our sales person Lawrence did an amazing job of helping

Our sales person Lawrence did an amazing job of helping us with the purchase of our vehicle. He did everything possible to make our experience pleasant. He was kind, personable, and very professional in handling our transactions without making us feel overwhelmed or pressured into making decisions we might regret. We were glad to have met Lawrence, and will definitely consider him and Phil Long Ford for our future purchases.

I’ve always been so skeptical with bigger dealerships and

I’ve always been so skeptical with bigger dealerships and felt there was no way this would work. But Will literally made it feel almost effortless to get everything taken care of. 11/10 helped me get into one of my dream cars and I’m still overly ecstatic days later. Awesome solid guy and great person. If you need to get into your goal/dream car he’s the guy!

I bought a CPO vehicle from this dealership.

I bought a CPO vehicle from this dealership. I bought it on a Friday, and the following Tuesday, it was in the shop for a recall. However, the dealership servicing the recall found numerous issues that aren't immediately obvious and were caused by the last technician to service the vehicle. The sales representative, Lane, put me in contact with Tim, the guest experience manager, and he called me once, but has not returned or given me a call back since. I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from this dealership.

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Gilbert and

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Gilbert and Justin. Even though I arrived late in the evening, Gilbert guided me through the entire process from the test drive to the final steps with incredible patience and attention to detail. He made sure everything was completed properly. Justin was also extremely kind. He took the time to explain every detail clearly and made the whole process easy to understand, without ever making me feel rushed. After everything was done, I still had to return my rental car, and Gilbert went above and beyond by driving me to the rental return location in his own car. He even stayed to ensure the return process was handled smoothly. I’m truly grateful their kindness made the entire experience unforgettable, and I know I’ll be smiling every time I drive my new car. Of course, the car itself is fantastic and drives beautifully. P.S. The coffee from the machine at the Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills location was surprisingly delicious!

It was a great experience at Ford Chapel Hills. Joseph was attentive and efficient throughout the entire experience at the service department. I had to return the service several times, and Joseph communicated impeccably.

They will lie to make a sale, won’t honor warranty

They will lie to make a sale, won’t honor warranty services you pay for and leave you stranded on foot. And if that’s not bad enough if you’re dumb enough to fall for their act again like I was you can start making an internet deal on a car that you never hear from anyone on and at the end you find out it’s sold. I don’t believe in coincidences and I would recommend that anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle go anywhere but to a Phil long location.
