Julio was not a pushy guy nor did he rush me into making

Julio was not a pushy guy nor did he rush me into making a decision just kept answering any questions I had with knowledge and a smile. The best salesman I've ever dealt with. I was so impressed we bought another vehicle from him three days later. Thanks Julio!

Sold me a car with no tire pressure monitors On

Sold me a car with no tire pressure monitors On September 1, 2023, I purchased a car cash from Phil Long Ford in chapel hills, Co Springs. When I test drove the car, it was indicating that the tire pressure monitor was faulty after waiting too long hours in their show room, the general manager whose name is, Jamie told me to go ahead and take it back home because I live in Denver And take it to a Acura dealer and have them check it out. I did exactly as I was told Jamie assured me their dealership would take care of it. Come to find out that there was no tire sensors on any of the tires and I ended up having to pay $845 to replace all the tire sensors. Now the dealership is refusing to reimburse me. Jamie is not a person of his word not a man of his word if you want additional information, please feel free to contact me. What really upsets me is that I paid cash for this car! Desired outcome: I wish to be reimbursed as I was promised

My salesperson, Khristi Hayden, was absolutely amazing.

My salesperson, Khristi Hayden, was absolutely amazing. She ran interference for every problem and solve them all. I'm going to refer as many people as I can to her to handle their car dealership. Whatever was lacking anywhere else she made up for with her expertise diligence and positive attitude. The resales person should take lessons from Kristi!! I've sold cars and I bought cars and I've never had such a positive experience as I had with Miss Hayden at Phil Long.

Julio went out of his way to help me get the vehicle I

Julio went out of his way to help me get the vehicle I wanted. He was incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I hesitated during the process and he was very patient with me and encouraged me to test drive another car to ensure I got the right vehicle for my family. He stayed late so I could take the vehicle home & ensure a good fit in my garage…he was just great to work with from start to finish-very hands on, & I never felt that he was pushy or overbearing like I’ve experienced with other dealerships in the past. Very kind and accommodating. I drove away extremely happy in my new vehicle and will not hesitate to work with Julio again and recommend him to all my family and friends :)
