Wasted Day

I went up for a software update on my Durango. Dropped off vehicle at 10 didn't get it back until 5 p.m. I realize software updates take a while but not seven hours. At one point I asked the service guy to check on my vehicle and he never returned. I had to go look for him. Bad experience

They always come through for me...

Debbie in the Service Dept. was awesome. Had an issue with service agreement purchased(not PHCJD). She got it figured out and was still done in a short time.

Unacceptable experience with the service departmen

Unfortunately, I had unpleasant experience today (05/03/18) that leads me to not return or recommend your service department. I felt Daniel (service rep) stating this morning after receiving my 2015 Dodge Durango that your service department couldn't perform a initial diagnosis till Tuesday was unacceptable. I strongly feel this could have been done by Saturday morning at the latest as an initial diagnosis should take no more than 45 minutes to perform.

Henry, the service manager was courteous and helpful in getting my recall repaired. He made it convenient for me to get home with their shuttle service and also to get a ride back to pick up my car.
