I was interested in a used pick up at the dealership and have known Ryan Gqrcia for a few years. Ifaller him to get some info about it, and we ended up... setting an appointment to look at it. With help from Malcom, we settled on a price, and I had a very grey experience. So far my brother and my roommate have each bought a vehicle from Ryan and Performance. When the time comes I will be contacting Ryan about upgrading vehicles and am confident they can find me another great truck.

My husband and I scheduled an appointment to get our car fixed. Was told the previous day they had openings for the morning. We were running a little late... and called to let them know and they didn't even have an appointment scheduled for us at all. We had to get the issue fixed asap as we were planning to drive to Arizona in 5 days and they offered no resolution to their error. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Go elsewhere!

We had purchased a used vehicle a few weeks back. Had some damage on the bumper so we agreed that they would replace with a new one. A few days later I... was called telling me that they could just repair instead and that it would save them some money. I told them no we agreed upon a new one. The used sales manager tried again to get me to just repair it. I again said no and to go with our agreement. He said ok and hung up. About a week after we got the car back some rust spots popped up out of nowhere. Looked like they had been splattered on there. One dime sized spot, numerous others about pin size. We have only driven the car twice since we got it back. People I've talked to are clueless how that could happen with that little of driving we did with it. I called to discuss the problem and got told the car is sold as is, it's not their fault, they didn't do anything wrong, nothing they did in repairs would've caused it. Was told the manager told the salesman the same thing. I had to call to get a hold of them because I didn't get an email back. Really seemed that they didn't care anymore about this because the deal was done and just wanted to be off the phone. Really seemed that they just dont care.
I took my vehicle in after having it diagnosed elsewhere. I could tell that the service guy wasn't happy that they wouldn't be doing a diagnosis.... I told them what I wanted (oxygen sensor replaced and new key fob w/emergency key). This was at 7 a.m. I hadn't heard a word at 1:00 p.m. so I sent a text to the service guy. No response. I called at 3:30 - was given the excuse of "computers down" and "tech working on my car had an emergency". Give me 30 minutes he said. An hour later, I called AGAIN. I was told the tech "just got done" and he would call me back in 10 minutes with my total. When he called back, I was told the tech had trouble getting the oxygen sensor off and they were swamped. He apologized over and over, and gave me a small break on the bill, so I sort of let it go. When I picked up my vehicle, I got an "all points inspection" report which basically said that every single fluid in my vehicle was dirt/contaminated and/or burnt. I just had the oil changed a month ago (by my brother-in-law) and a NEW transmission put in 2 months ago. I went back to the transmission place the next day for them to check the tranny fluid. They showed it to me - not dirty, not burnt. I don't trust Baxter any longer and I will NOT be returning as a customer. The service guy was super nice and all, but I will NOT be lied to just because I am a woman. I don't believe any of my fluids are bad. I have my own opinions as to why I was told that. The facility is nice, they did do the work I requested but nothing that they "recommended". I'm sure they didn't like that at all. My advice is beware - if you go in wanting a specific thing done that Baxter didn't recommend, you may not have a good experience.
Brogan in sales was great! Overall buying process took awhile and the kidplay area was hot and not very quality toys. Other wise it was great brogan made... the experience great and everyone was kind.

Bought a 2yr old truck with less than 50,000 miles on it. After 3 weeks and the 2nd time I opened the sunroof the track broke. Now I'm out another $2000... dollars or I have a sunroof that won't open. Baxter would not help me at all on this expence. I can't help but think they knew there was a problem just like the back taillight that was broke. They really got over on me.
