    As a woman I find anything to do with cars intimidating, but my salesman Jake was great. He was very knowledgable and helpful, but I didn't feel pressured into buying right away. I had only planned on test driving, thinking it over, and then coming back with "back up", but between loving the car, a great salesman, and then the finance guy getting me a great deal, excellent interest rate and a payment I was very comfortable with, I walked out with a new car, no back up needed!!!

    I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata on 8/18/16. My salesman was Luis Ortiz and he was awesome! Before I walked into this dealership, I had been to at least five others. This was the only salesman I felt comfortable with. He was the only one that had realIy taken his time with me and he made sure he didn't leave out any of the fine print. I reccommend to call ahead to make sure he is there before you go purchase a car. Luis was very knowledgeable about cars, not just Hyundai's. He had a lot of patience. Luis came in on his day off to help me and stayed after hours to make sure I was taken care of. He made sure I was aware of every feature that was available with any car I showed interest in. Luis showed great interest in making sure I was satisfied and received what was affordable for my needs. Even after I purchased the car, Luis followed up with me several times to make sure I was satisfied and if there was anything I needed help with. His attitude was great towards my children and parents. Luis was very personalable which made this process easier and I did not feel pressured at all. I was not to thrilled with the Sales Managers Angel and Mike. They gave me false information and I was very disappointed. I will give Luis 5 stars anyday, but I can't say the same thing for Mike and Angel.

    Bought a 2010 Acura RDX this year and the buying experience was good. The car had a TSB on it for the ac compressor clutch to inspect and replace under warranty. Acura extended the warranty of this part to 100k miles. I inspected it myself before taking it in and it was in fact needing to be replaced. Service department deemed the part ok and refused to perform the service. Now 18k miles later the part has failed, is out of warranty, and they refuse to help. Steer clear of service department.

    Had the good fortune of meeting a very professional sales person, by the name of Victor Rodriguez,He greeted me as he would a family member...As he guided me through my interest of the car,,he kept in mind of my specific needs....I also went for a test drive,which was also a plus...explaining the features of the car. As we return to his office he began the selling process,,not overly aggressive.Making my stay comfortable...We concluded with his thanking me and me buying a car from him..He is an asset to the company....

    I hate going to this dealership. Whenever you go in for service the price they tell you do smehow always changes. I had oil changed and tire rotation which it clearly states on the paper for $104. The guy even give me $15 off coupon which should've brought my bill to less than $100. But somehow when it was time to pay i was told the price had changed because my engine was turbo. To make a long story short. I end up paying $112. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

    Back in march I took my car here for a tire replacement. Very simple yet somehow I left with a scratch on my drivers side floor door frame. The car is less than a year old and it is unprofessional for a service department to scratch any part of an automobile. I have sent 2 e-mails thru the website e-mail and have not gotten a response. I will be calling them this week to see if this issue can be addressed and fixed, Hertrich if you are reading this then please respond to my e-mails and this post so that we can fix this issue and i can feel confident in returning for future service.

    Just leased my first Hyundai from Hertrich of New Castle. I had an excellent experience which I attribute to Lorenzo. He is a very pleasant and experienced salesman. In fact all the employees I interacted with were awesome. (Shout out to Randy) I would and will recommend Lorenzo and Hertrich.
