    I'll admit, coming from a small town and used to working with small town dealerships, I was skeptical going to the heart of KC to buy a pickup. However,... Conklin Fangman proved me wrong. Everyone was very straightforward, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very easy to work with. Matt, the salesman, was extremely knowledgeable. Most car salesman can barely quote the sales brochure, and rarely know anything beyond that. Matt is actually a car guy himself, and was able to answer technical questions at least as well as a decent service tech. After the test drive, I knew I wanted the pickup, so we sat down with the sales manager, Jeff. He was very transparent, and we were able to quickly agree on a price that made us both happy. I was very specific on the list of options I was looking for, and anticipated buying a 2-3 year old pickup. I ended up coming home with a 1 year old pickup, and with the big engine no less, basically exactly how I would order a new one if price were no object, for what I felt was a good $1-2k under market value. Add in their unlimited time/mileage power train warranty, and it was a deal I couldn't refuse. Thank you to Matt, Jeff, and everyone at Conklin Fangman for being such a great example of how all dealerships should operate!

    Recently purchased a 2012 Cadillac Escalade ESV from this dealership. They made the whole process very easy and treated us like family. They even put... a bow on it when my wife and I took delivery. One of the best buying experiences I have ever been involved with. Thank you Eric!

    I had been shopping for over a month for a Cadillac SRX and knew exactly what year and features I wanted and more importantly, the price I was willing... to pay for it. Conklin Fangman advertised a very competitive price so I called and scheduled an test drive. Every interaction I had with the Staff at this dealership was very positive. There was no pressure or fast talking. My salesman, Aaron, was super nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend any one looking to ask for him. Again, I knew what I wanted and the price I would pay so it was a very easy and quick transaction. They were priced $2k lower than any other dealer I had visited and the car was in immaculate condition. I still asked (and got) a further discount so I was thrilled with the deal. Quality and Service at a competitive price - what more could you ask for. Well worth the drive over from Topeka.

    Prompt response but the cars are overpriced. I have been interested in a Toyota Avalon but it was way overpriced and didn't want to take a ride and not... buy it. The car was $5000 at least over what it should have been listed for.

    Salesman was very pleasant but said he could deliver car to me then was back and forth on doing it when the time came. He did deliver it though. I asked... for the 2nd key fob he said he could not find one and left it at that, I feel that should have been provided. I kind of felt a little like since the sale was done, the sales service was over. Otherwise it was overall a positive experience.

    Everyone has been very good to work with, and you have come through with everything that has been promised. When I bought my car, Shane was great from... start to finish. He went out of his way and even drove the car to my office to show it to me when it arrived from your other dealership.
