Rob Rosser was very cordial and informative, even pulled the the car up for me. The cashier was also very good, she went into pocket for small change to satisfy the bill, this is above what is expected

As a returning customer.

As a returning customer. I was very impressed. I’ve worked with Nate(great salesman) in the past. But, my recent experience was with Chris. 10/10, Chris was very polite and showed outstanding leadership. Chris very knowledgeable and quite persuasive, with me choosing my vehicle, “KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK”

Overall very pleased with my sales experience at this

Overall very pleased with my sales experience at this dealer. I contacted via email and negotiated my deal before traveling to the dealer. Being out of state it was important to get a firm offer before arriving. Steve was great and sent me several offers on different models. Once I arrived Jamal showed me the trucks and we settled on the final truck within 30 mins. Paperwork took longer than expected but was in/out in 90 mins.

Prompt, polite and quick service.

Prompt, polite and quick service. They provided a nice detailed assessment of the vehicle and any upcoming issues that might need to be addressed, I won't be caught blindsided later. I really appreciate them and HIGHLY recommend them.

Showed up to get a used car, talked to sales people and checked out a new car test drove it and looked at the used but decided on the new car instead, and Devon was helpful throughout the process.

One star away too much.

One star away too much. I paid $650 to fix my silverado brakes. After i drove it for 3 days the same problem pops up .returned it to them to fix the same problem. My track was setting there for nearly 4 months i didn't get any updates ..i decided after the long waiting time to go back see what is going on I was surprised that they lost the key I spooke to one lady at front desk about .she said they couldn't do anything to my truck and no refund for i did paid after back and forth a gentleman came from the rear office saying i have to take my truck with nothing been done to it .and they made no working key i just used my spare key to get my track out of there.they were very rude i decided just to live I have all paper work
