We just found our “go to” dealership..

The customer service, knowledge, and honesty is remarkable!! Everyone at the dealership works as a team to ensure the best experience. Extra kudos to Herb Hardy who practically sold us our new vehicle before we even saw it due to his fantastic customer service!! I highly recommend this dealership to everyone and will definitely be a returning customer!!


Great customer service

Excellent customer service. Painless process trading in my vehicle! The entire process was finished in one afternoon and there really was no haggling. See Alex, he was very helpful.


Horrible service after the sale

Bought 2020 cherokee in july 2020 had to bring to dealership because of a horrible mold smell. They ozone bombed it cleaned the hvac system then said it was good. The smell almost made me gag it was so bad service tech said thats bad. Then called us back said it had to goto a water specialist now they want money from us to fix a defect

Bought a new Jeep!

I bought a brand new Jeep today from this location! I chose this location over 4 different deletes, glad I did! Alex was our sales rep and did an amazing job of answering all of our questions and provided me with multiple options to chose from. The sales and finance managers were very informative as well! I highly recommend this location to anyone out there in need of a new vehicle!



Sales person was decent, all done over the phone (covid). Day of delivery was atrocious. Sales contract done poorly and wrong. Over charged 5k. still dealing with ramifications of trying to void the original contract and creating a new one for correct price. . Credit was pulled twice within 3 weeks of each other (hard inquiry stays on report fro 2 years) They are doing nothing to remedy the disaster. Stay away from this place. Better served elsewhere.

Excellent experience

My wife and I bought a car today from Fitz in Lexington Park. Great vehicle at a great price, UNDER blue book. Roy C. was our salesman and he was great!! No pressure to buy, the dealership was clean and the entire process took less than two hours! DEFINITELY recommend Fitz Chrysler Jeep in Lexinton Park!!!

Buying car was easy

The Lifetime oile change is not worth the money

Purchased the Life time oil change when I purchased a new jeep in 2016. Problem is they take forever for a simple oil change (they told me it would take 3 hours). What good is a lifetime oil change if they take so long to do one? Very glad I did not purchase a complete maintenance package! btw very happy with the jeep overall.

stay away from service department

Buying a car is ok from here. Good advice and all and good prices. Stay away from service department. Came for an inspection and they said an hour and half if I came in. Three and a half hours later and I'm still waiting. Can't imagine what would happen for a bigger repair
