Untrustworthy!
We brought our Sprinter in for a NY State inspection and were told it needed extensive repairs to pass. It would cost $3500. We didn't believe these were necessary and took it to another mechanic. We were told none of the repairs were needed and it passed inspection.
Great experience and service
My experience at the dealership is always been great from the service and the service representative with the exception of one sales rep that came from the front and gave me a Screwface look as I was paying my bill. Everything was great as always.

Great car buying experience
I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Rochester. With a general lack of inventory in the automobile market, I had been looking at a new car for awhile. A CLS 63 AMG S had caught my eye and I inquired on its availability. I was told that the car I was interested in had a deposit on it. Given that news, I thought I would just go ahead and put money into my current car to get my through the winter. However, Morgan, in customer service, was politely persistent in reaching out to see if I was interested in driving the same model but a car I wasn’t interested in for a couple reasons. Her persistence resulted in my agreeing to come in and test drive the car to see what I thought. Walking into the showroom for my test drive the sales team let me know the deposit fell through on the car I was interested in. The rest is history. David, James and Steve were extremely helpful and professional in putting the sale and trade-in together. It felt comfortable, low-pressure and I enjoyed my conversations with their team and getting to know them. I had a terrific experience and would highly recommend…I also love my new car. 5 stars.

HE WAS PERSONABLE, FRIENDLY AND COMMUNICATED EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY. MR JONES MANIFESTED STYLE, SAVVYNESS, EXTENSIVE BUSINESS ACUMEN AND COMPREHENSION, IN HIS INTERPERSONAL APPROACH. IN UNDER SEVEN DAYS, MY WIFE DROVE OFF WITH A GLC 300, 2022 WITH A COLOR OF CHOICE. I DO NOT HAVE ANY RESERVATIONS RECOMMENDING FRIENDS TO MR. JONES FOR ASSISTANCE AND IT IS ALSO MY STRONG CONVICTION THAT MR JONES WOULD PERFORM MAGNIFICENTLY FOR THE ORGANIZATION AT A HIGHER MANAGEMENT STATUS. THE REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES ARE VISIBLE ENOUGH.
