I called at 3 pm and said I had a flat tire.

I called at 3 pm and said I had a flat tire. They said if I could get my car there, they would have the tire changed and done by 5 pm. The promise was kept. Outstanding service! I have always enjoyed working with Stephen.

Excellent service and work as always!

Excellent service and work as always! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I have such reassurance when I take my Mercedes here. I have taken it to other import shops in the past and they simply do not put in the dedication and thorough work that the Mercedes dealership does. I now just only take my Mercedes here to get any work or service done. The communication is nothing but the best and I’m so thankful for my relationship I have built up with Stephen At Mercedes. The vehicles sell themselves, but it’s the service that brings me back for any future vehicle.
