Although I pretty much knew the Jaguar model I was going to purchase, Corey provided a great overview of the standard and optional features available on the model I wanted and pointed out some of these during the test drive. The test drive confirmed my decision to purchase that Jaguar model. Given the limited inventory on the lot, Corey and Justin searched other dealerships to locate a vehicle that better matched with "wish list" with respect to color (exterior and interior) and optional equipment, and they arranged for that vehicle to be transported to Byers for me in about a week. They also discussed the available Jaguar incentives and arranged for the vehicle's financing. This was my second purchase at Byers Imports, and I've always been happy with their sales and service support.

Excellent service provided by them. Helpful and informative. No high pressure sales pitch from them. We visited several used car places including dealers and independent lots and this was the most friendly up front one.

The purpose of our visit to the Byers automobile dealership was for me to purchase a new car for my lady friend, who has always preferred Jaguars. We were pleased that we were able to find a car that she liked and that a good deal on it could be put together. Once the financing snafu was resolved, the purchasing experience turned out to be a very positive one.

My husband and I were shopping for a used car and found a great Jeep Grand Cherokee that we purchased from Andy Peabody. He was very helpful and attentive to our needs. My husband was able to inspect the car in their shop which was very important to us. We are in the process of moving and Andy and Mark Zambito were able to get the titling paperwork expedited to us so we could get that completed before we leave.

Got back with me really quick with the questions I had. Answered them accordingly, gonna schedule a time to go down and check out the car.

Every phase of our buying experience, Corey Fergus, was excellent. He was patience, knowledgeable, and made the buying process seamless. We have bought many cars, but are new to the Columbus area and we got very lucky finding Byer's and having Corey as our dealer. He answered all of our questions and explained everything in detail and to our satisfaction.
