Routine Service

Prompt, Efficient and Free. That my review of the service provided to my Buick Encore last week, been the 6th. service to all of my 4 "Encores" since 2014. If you want quality of cars and service, this is the place to get it !

Go here first!

I never in a million years thought I would want to give a car dealership 5 stars. Terry Boone at Hatchett Buick GMC has EARNED our business. Being a first time buyer can be scary but they treated us like they would any other customer. We probably bought the least expensive vehicle on the lot but the respect was always there! Terry Boone and the finance guys we worked with there, both Zack Oakes and Richard Martin were phenomenal. They fought to get us the best terms possible while protecting our investment and saving us money! I bet we only spent 2 hours total in the building total. And some of it was keeping them there after hours but you never heard them complain and they maintained their positive attitudes. You have to love their warranty too. Go see them! They really are awesome!

A smoke and mirrors dealership

Bought a truck in a pinch. Walter Zitlow is a joke. Buyers beware. He has scammed many, many people for years. Only thing that saved me was a hail storm 3 weeks after my purchase. Do your research and go to a reputable dealership. This is not your place!

Nothing but problems

The first time I decided to take my newer 2015 GMC Sierra to this dealership once I moved to Kansas it was for an oil change. This started the downhill slope of my bad experiences, the first oil change resulted in a giant oily handprint on my center console which I tried wiping off myself but resulted in the next day being a white substance left behind. So needless to say I had to go back in and have them use a special chemical to clean it off. The second bad experience was my second oil change where they forgot to put a new oil change sticker on my windshield. And the big issue that I still have going on is warranty work on my Fender Flares which started 8 weeks ago, there were several cracks in my original fender flares is that I claimed on my warranty. They had no issue with getting me fixed up on that, I waited three weeks to hear anything back from them about ordering and receiving new ones so that Friday of the third week I called and they said they had received two different kinds that were the wrong ones so I waited another two weeks with no contact so I called them again on a Friday and they said oh yes we have them, it's hard to tell how long they actually did have them. So that following Monday I took my truck in and had them put the new Fender Flares on, they did warn me they were slightly different. When I went back in to get my truck what I saw for replacement fender flares was a joke, they were the cheapest aftermarket fender flares I had ever seen and the fit was terrible, I told them I did not want those on my truck, and to get the correct ones that I had on there in the first place. Not only did they destroy my old ones taking them off but left screws with plastic still behind them as well, on top of that did not put all of the screws where they belong on the new ones. When I went to pick up my truck after they said it was done they also told me that the cabin air filter needed replaced, I told them to go ahead, and I got in my truck and found my glove box on the floor and my lock a bull compartment Above It Wide Open and my firearm sitting in the seat with the truck unlocked. I also had them do a tire rotation, they had to borrow the key to my aftermarket wheels and also did not put that back, I am still waiting to find out if they found it or lost it.as of right now I am still waiting on the correct fender flares

Horrible customer Service

Terrible customer service. I came in last Wednesday for a test drive, but it wasn't the trim I wanted, but wanted the incentives last month. It seemed I knew more about the vehicles than the employee. Spoke with Phil the next day in between work meetings. While in a meeting for 2 hours he called 5 times and left 3 voicemails. We then scheduled to meet Saturday. Phil called the next day to see if I wanted to come in Monday, I had to remind him I already scheduled with him for Saturday. When I came in Saturday Phil didn't have any vehicles in that trim "located" for me or my trade-in info. He instead had me test drive a 2014 versus the 2018 I was looking at and said I could purchase that if interested. NOT interested. Not even comparable vehicles. I was disappointed as I brought in my significant other and he didn't understand why I would want this vehicle. Phil also called me by the wrong name twice, and wrote down the wrong name. He had us tell him of our weekend plans before the test drive, and right after the test drive he asked questions that we just answered beforehand. My SO and I looked at each other perplexed as to if we were even being heard at all. He then went to get some "locate" info. and brought a sheet of paper to me and only said, "just sign here and we'll get it going." I told him I'd need more communication, and he looked at me and asked "what more do you need communicated?" Well, I had no idea what car I was "signing" for. The trim, year, color, etc. details of when I'd receive it, no details. Phil then went and grabbed his manager Jeremy who just came out and said he wouldn't budge on the price. It wasn't about the price. I needed clear communication and did not get that. Unimpressed and alarmed by the lack of consciousness, respect, organization, and communication.

Customer Satisfaction

Was very easy to talk to the sales person. Very happy with overall experience compared to last experience at Another dealership. Able to ask questions and get answers. Very friendly.
