Best Buying Experience
We are new to the Wichita area and this was our first car buying experience in Wichita. Bryon and Tyree made this such a wonderful experience and we love our 2017 Acadia Denali. From the time we walked in until the time we left with our vehicle we were treated with respect. It was refreshing to buy a vehicle with little hassle and still get a great deal. If we need another new vehicle Hatchett will be where we start.

The people
My wife and I just left the dealership with our new purchase, wow it's the people we delt with that made this a wonderful experience, Nick had everything ready and briefed us on all the electronics, he really took the time to make sure we were comfortable, Tyree, what can you say about a person like that, kind, considerate, well versed, talented people, keep your eye on them I know people who would love to have them be a part of there business, thank you so much, Steve and Angela.

The best experience ever!
The best experience ever! From our experiences in the past I would rather go to a dentist then have to purchase a vehicle! We keep our vehicles until they absolutely don't roll anymore unless of course someone else on the road makes a bad decision and totals up our vehicle. So with a cast on my foot off we went in search. My husband and I had had about a month dealing with insurance from the other person so needless to say the thought of having to deal with the car sales was not a real thrilling prospect. We knew we were going back into a Dodge for various reasons and we know exactly which dealerships in Wichita we were not going to deal with so for about three weeks we have been scouring the Internet for different makes and models and had narrowed down to two that we were interested in. When we pulled up into the parking lot at hatchet GMC Buick I made the comment about "three two.....one how many salesmen will come flying out that door?" To my surprise no one really came out that door until we were up on the sidewalk and is very nonchalant nice guy walks out and says hello, seeing I'm on crutches here let me grab the door for you and are you here to see anybody in particular?. We said no and he said well hello my name is Ed Matlock what can I help you with today .... From here this was the most non-pressured laid-back experience buying a car we have ever dealt with. He helped us with many questions he has a cool since of humor, and just a gentleman all the way around! he had two vehicles that we had previous interesting from the Internet and after driving the first one we knew we were in our truck! Ed does not have hover, no pressure, is the most honest salesman I have ever met! He was an absolute joy to work with!!! Once we made our decision he took us back to the finance person named Tyree Johnson, and oh my gosh Tyree is hilarious and he is so fun to talk to and work with. Like Ed, Tyree is very honest and will give you lots of information and will get you into the best product for you, not necessarily what's best for them! That was refreshing. We look forward to many years of service with this dealership for continued service on our vehicle... I have never been able to say that about any dealership in 35 years. Thank you Ed and Tyree.

Food's more important
The people in service seem to be more interested in placing breakfast or lunch orders than helping customers. It seems like every time I come in they are either ordering food or eating food at their desk. Also, don't bother with appointments! It doesn't matter as they place you in a line regardless of an appointment or not.

Purchasing Experiance
It was our pleasure to work with Jacqueline. Wonderful person to work with. GMC acadia comes with spare tire :). She was very helpful in getting the onstar configured. When I purchase another vehicle I will surely look for her on the sales floor and work with her.

Great Saturn Service
We have been taking our 2001 Saturn SL2 to this dealership for service for many years. We trust Chuck to take care of this car because he is such an expert on Saturns and always does such a great job. We have always been treated well by everyone in this service department. Everyone is very friendly and efficient.

Best Ever
In just one phone call Mike found and gave me suggestions on the type of vehicle I was interested in. The next phone call nailed down a meeting to see the selection and within an hour we shook hands the perfect vehicle for me. As I was about to drive away I shook his hand again and admitted that buying a car was something I dreaded until I met him.

Excellent GM service
Brian T. in service is great. He communicates well, provides options for service where applicable, and works to honor extended warranties where possible. He is an excellent representative for Scholfield Bros., Inc. I appreciate his assistance with GMC/GM vehicle care. I did not purchase a vehicle at this time, but have in the past. My previous buying experiences with Mike H. in Sales have also been excellent. Mike H. listens to his customers needs and goes out of his way to find (or order) the desired new or used vehicle. He strives to facilitate a pleasant customer buying experience.

Treated like a Queen!
Couldn't be happier. Walked in at 3 PM and drove out with a cream puff two hours later. Ed Matlock has been with Scholfield over 20 years. That is unheard of in the car business. He was a delight to work with and is a true professional. Jacqueline Walp was super helpful and the same for the finance guy Tyree Johnson. Scott and Jenny Hatchett are blessed with such a great team. Looking forward to my first FREE carwash today!
