    I regret taking my car to the west location every time. Once they didn't inflate my tires to the proper amount, ruined my tires! It's been a few years so I reluctantly went back. First the service technician talked at me in a very loud, rehearsed way. It felt like he was making sure the entire place could hear his banter. Then there was a $100 charge to drive my car and tell me I needed brake repairs. I paid for everything required for new brakes and still had to pay the $100. That doesn't seem right, I didn't waste their time and they made money. Why should I pay to prove something was wrong and then have it fixed? The car wash was broken and they didn't apply the oil change coupon they said they would. Also rental car prices went from $12 a day to $15 quoted on the phone and finally $20 in person. $20 per day?!? That won't happen again. I've used the service center since getting my first Honda in 2005, the east store is better but maybe it's time to find a new maintenance/repair shop...

    I had to purchase a new car due to losing my old Honda in flood. As I walked in, Joe greeted me, even though I didn't look fancy, and asked if he could help me. Although my first choice would be a 5-speed Honda Accord, I directed him to show me an automatic car which would impress me. He showed me a few cars and explained details about each. Test driving the second car was it. When I returned later to assist me with phone connection, floor matts, etc... he was very courteous and patient. I really love my new Honda Accord. Thank you.

    It's been six months since I bought my new HRV Honda, and I truly do "love my Scholfield Honda"!! This purchase all came about because Brad Cox knew of my need to replace my Honda Fit (which had served me well for 8 years!), and my financial guidelines I wanted to follow. After visiting with Roger Scholfield, who had guided me in car decisions many times, he asked Brandon Balman to assist in my sales experience. Brandon was the perfect match, and never grew impatient with all my "many" questions! He was fantastic...and loved his smile!

    This will be our second time of purchasing cars from Scholfield Honda and each time it's been great experience. We bought brand new cars 10 years ago and was due for different cars this year. Everyone was very respectful and worked us through the process easily. A special thanks to Steven Bishop. He was our sales guy and he was wonderful. He called, texted and was available ( even after office hours) during the process to answer questions and make everything smooth. Jason Shire was also very good and helpful and they both gave us good deals. We will definitely be back when we are due for another car.

    Bought my Accord coupe certified used in '06 and had a good experience. Nearing the end of the original warranty the clear coat began to peel. Took it in and was told that they would not fix it. Returned six months later for repairs and among the suggested list of things to repair was an entry noting the clear coat was peeling, badly, by now. Again, told them I purchased the car certified used from them and asked for them to cover it under the extended warranty I had purchased. I was told that it didn't cover paint and they would not fix it. I went through this three additional times to get them to fix it with no luck so I finally gave up. Couple of months ago I was sent an email that the dealership was interested in my car. I had received calls like this before from Scholfield (actually an agent acting on their behalf) wanting to buy my car but each time I went in they acted like they knew nothing about it. This time it was from the secretary telling me they had a customer interested in my model of car. I went and had the unpleasant experience of talking to the sales manager who insulted me with a low-ball offer on my car. It was only after I explained to him that Audi and Cadillac we're going to give me DOUBLE what he was that he brought his offer up more. Your only saving grace is the service department of which I have been a loyal customer. Will not buy certified used or new from this dealership again. You had ample opportunities to make things right but continued to deny it each time I asked.
