    We had been looking at several dealers for a new Pilot and went to Joe Morgan Honda based upon my coworkers experience with them in the past. We worked with Brady Doyle who was very knowledgeable about the Pilot, trade in value of our vehicle and while buying process. We had a lower price elsewhere but actually paid just a smudge more because of his positive attitude and straight to the point process. We will see him and Joe Morgan Honda again for a used car for our soon to be driving teen. Thanks to Brady and the whole staff at Joe Morgans!

    Joe Morgan Honda Service is excellent! Brian, Brandon and the entire service and parts departments went out of their way to make sure my service experience at Joe Morgan was top notch. I won't go anywhere else for my Honda service needs.

    If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen that. I am so disappointed in my experience with purchasing a used car at Joe Morgan Honda. I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Tucson from Brady. When test driving the car and deciding on the purchase he made all kinds of promises and said yes to everything I had inquired about. I quickly learned that once the sale was final it would be a hassle to carry these promises out. I was not happy with the state of the cars interior. It had divots in the leather seats from a car seat, the steering wheel was worn, and it was all around not clean. He assured me they would repair those few things and have the interior detailed. He scheduled a day for Andrew to "detail" the car, something came up and that appointment got canceled. The second appointment with Andrew was on a day that was less convenient for me, but I agreed to that appointment. I find out however, after driving down there, that Andrew ONLY does interior repair and does not detail cars. Now he did an excellent job on the repairs, but that was half of the work agreed upon. The detail department knew nothing about the detailing of my car and conveniently Brady and his manager Brad were both out that day. I reached out to Brady about a foul smell in the car and the interior detail, his email stated he was out of the office. I then attempted to contact Brad, his manager, as the email stated and Brad NEVER CALLED ME BACK. He had Brady call me back. Brady stated they would detail the car and then do a chemical bomb on the interior to get rid of the smell. We scheduled a day that was convenient for me and I dropped the car off in the morning. They had the car the entire day and overnight. They cleaned the carpets in the car, but failed to do the bomb. The smell has now returned and I am still inconvenienced by the lack of detail they put into cleaning the interior of my car. If you are promised anything you better make sure it's done before you sign the papers, after that they could care less! Definitely won't be returning here. I'll be telling all my friends and family to avoid this place as well!

    After purchasing my last two vehicles from Kings Honda, I contacted Joe Morgan to see if I was more than just a number as I felt like at the other dealer, I was in touch with Brady Doyle in sales. Straight forward guy that knows what he is doing, worked me a great lease price on my new vehicle, spoke to me personably and friendly. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and fun, you can tell these guys enjoy there jobs. Kudos.

    I had been looking for a decent Odyssey online for a while and found one through cars.com at Joe Morgan. Emailed them, and response came from Brady very quickly. Van was new listing so I asked for some pictures, and he sent couple photos, and gave me some other info on the van. Brady was very helpful and courteous, and quick to respond to calls. Closing process went fairly smoothly including giving them an old, beat up trade-in. They were very open about their trade-in process and pricing, and gave us a decent value. Overall a really good experience and I will recommend to others. Need to do some service on the van, and I'm leaning towards using them because of how good they've been so far.

    My mother took her Honda here for a diagnostics test in November. She does not know much about cars; if she had told me beforehand I would have gone with her so this dealer wouldn't have taken advantage of her. It needed some maintenance (covered under the 100,000 mile warranty). They said the earliest they could get her in was end of December. The day before the appointment, they called and canceled, but said they would call her back the next day to reschedule. They never called her back. She called 3-6 more times to try to schedule an appointment. When she was finally able to get ahold of someone, she was told the part they needed wouldn't be in until April. There is no part on a Honda that has a 4 month lead time.They just keep stringing us along for no apparent reason. Less than a week ago, the odometer turned past 100,000 so now we are stuck because it's technically no longer under warranty. Shady tactics from the service department at this dealership. Would avoid at all costs. Service Rep (Brandon) and manager are completely unhelpful. Currently in the process of filing a formal complaint with Honda of America.

    Purchased a pre owned vehicle from Brady Doyle at Joe Morgan Honda. Great experience. Ease of negotiations and full transparency. I Never felt pressured and was given a fair deal. Car was clean and Brady went the extra mile to get me what I needed out of my trade in. I will be back!
