The first thing you see when you walk into their showroom

The first thing you see when you walk into their showroom is a used Ford Mustang and a used Charger….what a turnoff…..was recently in for service and will never use these knuckleheads again…..had complaints but the General manager was gone as was the service manager….Ive had 5 Ram trucks and would never trust these amatures to service my vehicle again. Never saw a salesman the entire 2.5 hrs. I WAS THERE. I have run dealerships before and I would always have a salesman drop by the waiting room to check for a customer that might be interested in a new vehicle……NOT HERE….NO APPARENT SALES LEADERSHIP HERE………THEM YO ADD INSULT YO INJURY……..I WAS HAVING AN OIL CHANGE ON MY TRUCK AND SERVICE WRITER SAID I COULD USE A NEW AIR CLEANER…..I AGREED…….TO MY SURPRISE THE AIR FILTER I COULD GET AT THE LOCAL AUTO PARTS STORE FOR UNDER 25 DOLLARS….I WAS CHARGED ALMOST 100.00 FOR.!!! PASS ON THIS DEALERSHIP….MISS RUN….AND MISS GUIDED…..IM SURE CHRYSLER HEADQUARTERS WOULD BE WMBARASSED EITH THIS LOCATION…🤨👎👎👎👎

Bad service

I took my truck to be repaired. I was given a estimate of 1200 and paid 1184 .I get my truck back ,drive 40 miles ,check engine light comes back on ,same issue. So now they are saying another $1500.. beware of this service dept..

This was my BEST buying experience I ever had.

This was my BEST buying experience I ever had. I knew what I wanted and they had it in stock. The crew were top notch and my blood pressure never went up. Gave me a great price on the vehicle I wanted and a great price on my trade in. I am very pleased with everything. The dealership is an older one, but it's the people and the way one is treated that matters. Highly recommend !!! Best deal ever ! Smooth as silk transaction ! I would buy from again in a heartbeat!

Not satisfied

My husband drove to the dealership to trade our kia van for a journey. We thought the change to an SUV would do us good but we were wrong. We miss the room in our van. We told the sales person we were not happy with it and he said he’d work on it and get back with us. We did t hear from him so we called and found out he quit. Then we were put with someone else and was told he would work on it then get back with us. All in all they waited around so long that now i’m stuck with a car i can’t get out of. They push a deal through that shouldn’t even been done now we are so far upside down by about $10,000 we will never be able to trade. The second saleman was telling us one thing and his boss something else just because he didnt want to fool with it! I think they should take some responsibility here but no they don’t. Don’t go to this dealership!

Best car buying experience ever

This was the best car shopping experience of my life. A few years ago I had a horrible car purchase experience in new jersey, so this time when I needed to buy another new car I decided to go to a dealership I had heard was phenomenal- I went North Carolina to the Mt Airy Chrysler dealership. Tommy Dale was my salesman- he was absolutely wonderful. My experience was great. Throughout I felt in control and never pressured to purchase a car I couldn't afford. The staff was attentive, patient, respectful and knowledgeable. Once I purchased the car Tommy, the salesman, filled my new car with gas, had it washed meticulously and sat with me in the car for over an hour going through all the features in the car. I 100 percent recommend this dealership for anyone to purchase a vehicle. I left satisfied and excited with my purchase.

HONDA CIVIC SI BUYER

Ask for ANGELA. She was very helpful. Wasn't pushy, didn't felt pressure, the car had minor defects but she took care of it for me. Drove an hour and half away and she made it worth it. I would recommend Angela to anyone who does find a car that they like at this dealership. She is currently looking at another car for me and I can't wait till she does finds it if I don't find it first. ANGELA is your best friend there. Highly grateful for a first time buying experience.
