I brought my car in for an oil change using dealer issued coupons for a "free oil change." The next day my check engine light was on. I brought it to O'Reilly... for a free diagnostic, they said the code could simply be a hose not being plugged in or something more serious with exhaust and engine ventilation.I called Prime wondering if maybe the tech doing the oil change forgot to reattach a hose or filter? The woman in service said I would need to book an appointment. Unfortunately they were booking a week plus out. My car still had the 80,000/8yr warranty so I brought it to GMC dealership in case it was actually something wrong it would be covered. Well it turns out, my "free oil change " at Prime cost me 150 dollars at the GMC dealership for them to tell me that a hose was left unplugged, most likely after my recent oil change. While I am grateful it was nothing serious, I am disappointed in Primes service department AND their customer service. I left three messages for David Foy and got no response and I spoke with an online chat and gave my email and phone again...still no response.

I left a not so nice review of Prime Ford.They called me right back and Pete Mathieu couldn't have been more helpful.He wasnt aware of the issues I was... having because it was all cosmetic.He told me to bring the car back at my earliest convienence and they would solve the issues with my car.So instead of 2 stars I will give them 5 stars.Thank you Pete for being so professional .Prime Ford Auburn now has my thumbs up!!

I contacted this dealer among others and they were extremely responsive. I was in the business myself so i I did the numbers i wanted and they were willing... to make the deal . I was given all the numbers down to the penny assuming all was well with my trade. I arrived at the dealer and everything was ready and the numbers were exactly as promised . I live in NY and drove out there because of the way i was treated and given the past and current pandemic, i would say they did an awesome job of facilitating the sale . I would recommend giving them a shot if you are on the market for a ford.

My new truck buying experience with Prime Ford of Auburn was good. I did the research beforehand and knew what I was looking for. I found an F150 with... the options I wanted at Prime Ford. I called Prime Ford on a Saturday and couldn’t get a hold of a salesperson, just left my number. Andrew (Andy), salesmen at Prime contacted me with in hour. I made an appointment to take the truck for a spin. ... After the test drive I sat down with Andy and talked. He told what he wanted he wanted for the truck. I told Andy what I was offering. This didn’t take long. We made a deal which was good (for me). The finance guy then came to talk to me. He gave me in the range I asked for. So a long story short. Andy and Prime Ford were good to me. When I picked up the truck it was super clean, super shiny with a full tank of gas. (I guess that’s what expected, but it is still nice see) Good here is good for 5 stars. PAP

We have tried to use Prime Ford service department on multiple occasions with our company fleet and they are by far the worst company I have ever dealt... with. They are not responsive at all! When I talked to the shop, they have no clue whats going on. I gave multiple service clerks information yet the information never makes it to the correct person. If I call and leave a message, I never get called back. I updated the contact information more than once with a clerk and it was never updated in the system. The only way we knew the vehicle was complete was when they called the number in the system who was retired. I have given guidelines to our entire work group to never take another fleet vehicle there ever again.
It's difficult to receive this feedback as we take pride in our customer service. I'm so sorry for the issues you've experienced, but I can assure you... that I will address them with my team. Michelle does not answer questions, hang up on you and has attitude every time you call her. I have had several bad interactions with her. last year I... called and got her but asked for parts. She put me on hold for 45 minutes. Came back on the line and didn't even remember what i wanted. I think its time the service department invested in finding someone who cares and has a memory.
