    The tech came to our house to repair the air bags on both of our vehicles and had to make 2 trips because of not being able to have vehicles at home at same time. The tech was Joe Segura and was extremely friendly and helpful.

    I had a water pump go out on my 2011 Dodge Durango, within a 30 min period, John Elway was able to get my SUV in, and get me a nice rental to drive until repairs are done. Never missing a beat. Melissa was the service writer and did an excellent job taking care of everything. I love this dealership and will always buy Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge products. Carrie Plasters

    Sales process was good and Amy K was easy to deal with no complaints. I would recommend this dealership to a friend , however I wouldn't recommend the service department to anyone! I also bought a work van from them and have tried to get it in for service and for recalls but they are always 2-3 weeks out and want me to drop it off in the morning and leave it for 2-3 days while they figure out what's wrong ! They don't understand people need their vehicles to make a living! I have to take my van to the dodge dealer I ft.collins and they accommodate me and even give me a loaner so that I can still make a living!!
