Lawrence was great!

I was worried to go in because I don’t like dealing with sales people but Lawrence definitely did a great job and made the whole process easy and simple! Definitely recommended!

Horrendous service department,bad customer service

I purchased a used Acura from David a few weeks back. I had a good experience with the sales associate and walking out I was happy, but coming back I was pretty mortified. I purchased the car used with both of the protection packages haphazardly tacked on because "it helps us get a better deal from the bank". I was told to come back at a later date after purchasing the car to get the other key and a detail done. To my amazement, they don't have the second key again and the detail was pretty horrendous. I pointed out a ton of flaws to both the sales associate and the detailer. None of the dings or chips were filled as promised (keep in mind I purchased the ding and dent protection and was promised by the sales associate they will be filled) and it just seemed like the detailer went over the car with some wax and a polish wheel. I also had my tires checked and during the check, they filled the tires up for me, but they managed to overfill them by a giant amount. On the doorsill, it clearly says 32 PSI but they filled the tires to 38PSI all around. I'm honestly surprised these guys can get away with all this stuff. The fact that they promise everything and deliver on barely any is pretty infuriating. I'm rather scared to bring my car back to this place and the only thing I will do with them is the lifetime carwashes, can't trust them with anything else.

Silverado purchase

Tony the salesperson was straightforward and honest about the vehicle pricing. The person in finance department who handled the final paperwork was not so helpful.
