    I had been looking at vehicles in Katy area and decided go by Orlando Motor Company and look at their vehicles. Anthony, the salesman was fantastic. I explained to him I was in middle of a divorce and had some credit issues. The last place blew me off, but not here. I was taken to the office and explained again to the finance manager. I did my application and after that looked at some vehicles in my price range. All of the vehicles were very nice and looked to be well maintained. It was kind of late and Anthony said they would work all their resources and banks the following morning. I got a call mid afternoon with the good news and picked up my Nissan Maxima later on in the day. Great dealership, and they exceeded my expectations in helping me get a car.

    I bought a car at this dealership March 7, 2014. Got financing and traded in my car....so far so good. At the end of March (when my old car note was due), I called my old finance company to see if my trade-in had been paid off by the dealer. It was not. The finance company said they expected a payment from me since the car had not been paid off. I called the dealer. They did not return my call. I called the finance company and explained the situation. They contacted the dealer. Dealer said they "forgot" to pay off my trade-in but would hand-deliver a check the next day. The dealer did so. That's the first issue with this dealer. Next issue.....My temporary tags expire on Tuesday, May 6. I still have not received my plates and registration sticker for the car I purchased almost TWO MONTHS AGO. I called the dealer three times. The third time (three days ago) I was told the registration papers were "on someone's desk" but were being sent to the DMV soon. It would probably take up to two weeks to get my plates. Now I will have to go to Katy to get ANOTHER temporary plate. I will then have to go out there AGAIN when the actual plates and registration sticker arrive. It seems once they made the sale, they forgot how to follow through with their legal obligations to pay off my trade-in and get me my title and registration. It's clear that they are trying to stretch their financial obligations as much as possible (by delaying payments for my trade-in and for the registration) while inconveniencing a customer who did business with them in good faith. In addition to all this, the car I bought almost two months ago is STILL being shown FOR SALE on this dealer's website. I'm pretty disgusted with this experience and am filing a complaint with the DMV.

  • great attention to detail

    I bought my Chev Cruz here and never had such a good experience. Great finance dept got me what I wanted as far as interest rate and payments.
