  • Quick and easy

    The sales person we dealt with was Vinny Kline. There was no pressure to buy and no hidden agenda. They were very up front and honest which untimately... helped us to decide to buy. All the information that was given was corrrect and the price was very fair. Vinny was very easy to deal with and played a huge part in our decision. He made it a point to address any of our concerns and questions with professionalism and accuracy. We were left with a good feeling about the deal and relationship when we left.   • Horrible Day

    After driving 2 hours to look at cars that were supposed to be waiting for us on the lot they were not even there. Vehicles we did look at had problem...s with them! False prices, one price on website another when we got there. All mangers we talked to were rude. We asked for Luis, but Alex came out to talk. So we again asked for Luis, then Jason came out. Which no one seemed to want to help us. Once again we asked to speak to Luis, finally he showed his face. But still was rude and left us standing outside every time he went back in to see if he could work a deal! We finally just walked away. Worst day ever!!!!

  • Worst dealer

    Tried to purchase 2 vehicles , sales person in the phone told me they had 2 cars for the price I'm asking for and told me to ask for the general sales... manager when I come in and vehicles would be ready to test drive, I got to the lot and a young salesman has no idea what's going on , I asked to see the sales manager but someone else came , I asked again for the sales mgr , but the used car mgr came out , both telling me they can't give me the price I was quoted , finally I demanded the general sales mgr and he told me the same thing , I told him to call the person I talked to on the phone , to which I was repeatedly told he is u reachable at the moment , our conversation was recorded so the sales mgr offered to listen to it , he came back and said he couldn't hear it well then said he has to Waite for it to be sent to him. Then offered me the price on one of the vehicles I wanted , I said no due to the aggravation , both vehicles had issues like broken windshield and malfunctioning lifgate and missing accessories, I had enough of that dealership , I drove 2 hours to make the sale and they wasted my time and didn't even try to offer me alternative vehicles for the price or try to work with me , I've never bin this disrespected and treated like a second class citizen than by this dealership , I would not return to or recommend it and I will be writing further reviews about my horrible experience .

  • This place is a mad house!

    Those who wrote good reviews about this place obviously never been to any other new car dealership. The place is an absolute madhouse! First of all th...ere is no customer parking and no space to maneveur your car once you trap inside. I and my family were there on a busy saturday and it took us nearly 4 hours to purchase our Outlander but guess what? We still had to go back to finalize our deal to sign the contract on monday and sat around another 1.5 hours.When we left with the vehicle that i purchased on saturday, i and our sales person were both agreed on "no down payment-0 interest" financing. However when i went back on Monday to sign the papers,their "reward winning financing person(!)" Jouse Alvarado told me that the bank is asking for $2500 down payment and he asked me how i would like to pay? I said i ll pay with my credit card but i will double check with the bank if they really asked for the down payment since our orig.agreement was with 0 down. All of a sudden he got offended and he shout out to the other people in the dealership"He does not wanna pay $2500,we need our car back!"(What a loser!!) I yelled at him back saying " i never said i dont wanna pay $2500". He said "he would not served me". Then the manager stormed in with the same nasty attitude at first but after i explained what happened he was more apologetic and we completed the transaction. If my family were not sitting in the car waiting for me to sign up the papers and leave,i would absolutly give them xxxx car back and walk away from their run down dealership. I guess they really think that they are the only car dealership in town. Horrible horrible experience...

  • BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE

    The customer service I received from Stephanny Perez was OUTSTANDING! She is an amazing person who will go above and beyond to make sure that you fin...d a vehicle that fits both your personal and financial needs. In all of my years purchasing vehicles Stephanny is by far the best Sales Consultant I have ever met. I will not go to anyone else besides her and I highly recommend that you stop in and see her. I cannot thank her enough for her wonderful customer service she gave me and how kind and caring she was. Josue Alvarado is another OUTSTANDING employee at 46 Mitsubishi.
