Purchased a brand new 2018 Outlander Sport SE. Because the buying process took so long and my wife who was working as a nurse at the time had a shift... she had to make, we finally got all the paperwork signed and drove off in the car. The next day we discovered a small dent in the ROOFLINE on the drivers side. Called the dealer and spoke to Santino, he "promised" to have their "dent guy" fix it, but this "dent guy" did not work every day, so he would have to get back to me to set-up a date/time. Never heard back from Santino, and when I called he said he had spoke with all of his staff and no one remembered seeing this small dent. It is almost impossible to see unless the light hits it just right, but IT IS THERE, and we did not cause the dent. Gettel Mitsubishi has refused to own up to this ridiculously small issue and I'm sure they just hope we will "go away". I would strongly recommend that potential buyers of any vehicle stay away from the Gettel family of dealerships. If they refuse to honor and fix something this minute, just imagine the lack of service you will get if you have a major issue!
