We purchased a 2018 Volvo XC90 Inscription back in

We purchased a 2018 Volvo XC90 Inscription back in January of 2024. The car came with 2 newer Pirelli front tires, but the rear tires were the original Pirelli tires with a date code of 2017 (OEM). If you know anything about AWD, tire stores will absolutely not do this. Unfortunately, the rear tire split and could have caused a serious accident. Honestly, I'm not sure how a dealership of this size would have allowed this to go through their shop and not put 4 new tires. Very disappointing, dishonest and costly for the customer. Unfortunately, we our now out $2,300 for a new full set. Be sure to do thorough inspection before you purchase. Also, our car was shipped using United Road. Do not recommend United Road. After the car arrived dirty we discovered an additional 600 miles on the car and the car was filthily dirty on the inside. After investigation the company admitted the car was driven and was not put shipped on a truck. Do your homework and thoroughly inspect used vehicles.

Surprised to find there is no key fob.

Surprised to find there is no key fob. There are 3 rock chips on the window in the driver's area. I think they are from the delivery because of the amount of dirt on the car when delivered. Cannot get the front hood to open at this time. Will have it looked at. Did not realize it was the Gt V6 when I bought it. Nice surprise when I put my foot down for the first time going home. I think I will enjoy this car a great deal.

Marlaina in the Service Department was amazing.
