No answers to my inquires about a car. Went to see vehicle and was told it was not there anymore and that I could not drive it. Bought a car somewhere... else.
I reached out to the Internet sales department through 3 different ways over a week. I inquired about a used vehicle that was advertised and never received... any response after REPEATED attempts using several methods. The dealership is completely and utterly unresponsive. How can a person deal with them when they respond
PHENOMENAL service. I called to get a service, since it was the closest dealership to me. Lucas helped me, and was BEYOND 5 star!! He got me in a loaner,... helped me transfer everything, made sure I knew how to use the vehicle, emailed me frequently with updates and didn't pressure me in to services I didn't want. He was beyond personable, friendly and professional. He knew I was in a hurry, when I was coming to pick my car up. He had the payment processed, paperwork waiting, and my car was out being warmed up. He helped me transfer everything over, sent me on my way, and even sent me an encouraging follow-up email. When I discovered I had left my garage and gate openers on the visor, he mailed them to me, promptly. They go ABOVE and beyond. I will be taking my JX35 there, for the rest of my ownership. I also spoke with their sales manager. Low-pressure, super nice, and fun to deal with. Over-all, great experience.

The car we went to see was sold months ago. The lot had all the cars packed in so tight it was hard to walk between them to see the prices. Several had... scratches on them from most likely that reason. It also took us a while to find someone to ask a question about the car.
Great experience. Talked with the salesman earlier to make sure the car was still available. When I got there the car was available for a test drive. He... was knowledgeable about the car. Best buy of my life.
I'm a new Infiniti owner and when they say you're a part of the club, they mean it. I've been in twice; once for a routine check-up and once for a CV boot... problem. They were quick to acknowledge and repair and problems and had open availability to suit my needs. The courtesy vehicle was top notch and not a problem or complaint to be found. They even gave me a coupon for 10% off and I didn't even have to ask! Whatta team. I look forward to future visits for continued A+ service.

Due to my past experience with car dealerships, I am a very reluctant customer to any of them. My trip to Kuni in Lynnwood, Seattle, changed my views.... These guys had a car that had everything that I wanted, a 2011 BMW Z4, the welcome was totally outstanding the whole time I was there I was treated like there's no one else but me!....my Z4 had a small problem, they took my car away and gave me a demo right away no question besides the usual insurance form to fill. Since I was going out of the country on my vacation, they offered me a ride to and from the SeaTac airport....now you can't beat that, can you? I truly thank Shane the sales manager and his counter part Diana, for looking after my needs during the busiest time of the year Xmas 2014...my sales person was totally awesome, he explained how my ride works, I mean almost everything, I just enjoyed listening to him talk and explain! Once again, thanks to you all for making my buying experience a fun one!......your coffee too was good! keep up the good job!!

I am very unhappy with their services on my car. They do not give you the services they promise to give and the service team is very unprofessional. I... do not recommend spending a penny there and most importantly wasting time seeking for decent service because you will never get that at the kuni westside Infiniti.

I went to Kuni to with the hopes of buying a new Q60 and prepared to do combat with the salesman. i had done all my research on price and felt confident... I was prepared to do battle as I have every time I bought a car Historically my I experiences with car dealers were so bad that I would rather have a root canal then buy a car. Kuni Infiniti was different. First of all, the prices for the Q60 were consistent with my research. Eliminating the need for the dreadful process of negotiation and gamesmanship.provided the opportunity for establishing a working relationship with the customer and this is where Kuni shines. Our salesman, Pedja, was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, thorough, and very patient with our ignorant questions . In fact everyone there treated you like royalty.Our every request was graciously received and honored. we bought the Q60 instead of the BMW 435 and a big part of that decision was based on the quality of service and the working relationships we had developed at Kuni. Our BMW experience was nothing like this. The post sale experience is another plus. I had difficulty with the technology in the car. Greg was always available by phone or in person to hold my hand and show me how things worked.and he could do this without making you feel stupid an, believe me, I had some dumb questions. so I want to thank Pedja, Greg, Denise,Judy, and Phil for their terrific service help. I have to say I am very disappointed...I was led to believe that I would be able to negotiate a deal on a used Jeep Unlimited Rubicon via the internet... since I live in Portland and wouldn't be able to get there until the weekend. Then after a day of negotiating and agreeing in terms to a deal I was told that having a deal would not be enough to reserve the car and it would still be available for sale until I would be able to come in and sign all the paperwork. Then it was sold to someone else. I do not see the point in having a internet sales department if a binding agreement can't be reached. I feel my time was wasted in negotiating a deal only to have the vehicle sold out from under me.
