Service excellence- Quick reservation in-take. On time Valet service, both pickup and drop off. Attention to detail, however there is still a smug smell in once the AC is turned on. Pls confirm if you did replace the air filter. Appreciate the help.

This was a terrific experience. Victor’ was thorough and helped me at every step. I purchased a 2019 Mercedes GLC 300. The vehicle is ultra clean, low mileage and completely checks out.. I feel very confident that when I decide to upgrade or replace this vehicle, I will come back to infinity of Lynnwood.! Thank you all! A wonderful experience indeed.

I very impressed with the service department at Infinity of Lynnwood. Joel was ready for me upon arrival and he quickly dispatched Lyft to drive me back to work. The team performed my service faster than expected I was able to pick up my vehicle early in the afternoon. I was impressed with their expeditious service and will absolutely use them for future maintenance needs.
