I was treated very well when I entered the Service
I was treated very well when I entered the Service Department. Joel knew my name and showed me to the lounge for drinks, snacks and TV. The appointment was set up for 1hr and 15 mins. But the time was much shorter than that. Joel was very knowledgeable and helped me with my warranty and with getting me signed up with Infiniti USA. I will be back for warranty work and updates. Thanks again!
