    I was very impressed with the service I received at this Kia service center. This is my third Kia and I had all of my previous maintenance work done at the Stuart location but I never received the level of courtesy and attention as this location. The Ft. Pierce location is much further from my home compared to Stuart but this is definitely where I will take my car.in the future but only for servicing. I was not happy with the sales staff and the Optima that I purchased from them. For my current Kia I went to a different location...Vero Beach. I would especially like to commend the young woman who greeted me and got my service started. She was also very attentive to customers in the waiting area to kept everyone comfortable with drinks and snacks. Also, the young man that kept me informed with the progress of what was being done and then helped to get me checked out was very courteous.

    The staff at Bev Smith Kia are great. Scott Myers is a great Service Advisor.He took the time to listen to my concerns,understood and explained the details. Love the snacks,drinks and lunch served us. Makes it more enjoyable and help pass the waiting time. Never had this good of service at any other dealership. Thank you Scott Myers and Bev Smith Kia.Also thank you for the complimentary car wash!

    I do not like paying for a front end alignment each year just to keep up the tire warranty. Why not make a multiyear deal rate payable each year....
