The entire experience at Gerald Kia of North Aurora is wonderful. This is the second Kia we purchased from this dealership, and we have always serviced our cars, even our Hyundais. Nothing but exceptional, from our salesperson, Adil, to the Service Department Staff led by John Kainz to our very positive interactions with Chuck Settles, GM, and Dan in the Finance area. The sales staff is knowledgeable and professional; Adil explained various features of the car with great detail and expertise. We have nothing but praise for the Service Department. Purchasing from Gerald Kia of North Aurora is highly recommended.

Happy with the service, treatment, & communication
Gianna (I accidentally spelled it Gina in my recent other reviews, for which I apologize) was very positive, upbeat, and helpful to me. It was her good attitude that caused me to OK an oil change at around $105 since she was willing to squeeze me in for the recall notice. Honestly, I otherwise would've saved money and got full synthetic for like 20-30% less by going somewhere else, but since I like to have my service records within the Gerald records system for warranty protection purposes, occasionally I'll just get it done with you for the sake of convenience and peace of mind.
