The Service Department at Kia of LaGrange felt like a premier experience...they're the Dream Team and what all service departments should strive for. The Service Advisor (Jerry), Shop Foreman (Travis), and Service Director (Thavin) were all super caring and professional in both assessing and addressing the concerns I had with my 2014 Kia Soul. Not only did they fix the issues I had under warranty, they also provided me with a loaner vehicle for the week to drive back home (3.5 hours away) so that they could the get the parts in and take their time to do the job right. This is by far the best dealership service department experience I've had in 25 years of owning multiple vehicles from different manufacturers. These guys are the crème de la crème, and I was wowed by their customer service. I would highly recommend this service team to take care of all your Kia maintenance and warranty needs!

Tony Johnson was my salesman and was terrific and extremely professional. The service department has been nothing but the best when it comes to scheduling a service, receiving the car on time and returning it back to the customer within the time promised. Amenities and waiting area were also great. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a full service dealer with great service.

Terrific people to work with. My short wait for service to be completed was actually a very pleasant experience. I was very much surprised at how nice and easy to work with the staff showed themselves to be. I bought and had service done on my Sorento at a Kia dealership in Union City Ga. and had a horrible experience. I had decided to not ever buy another Kia vehicle. Very glad I decided to try Kia at Lagrange, Ga.!!

These folks go above and beyond their customers needs. Always a pleasure dealing with them. Everyone treats you with respect and they are very attentive.

We just went here yesterday and we had Jarvis . He was so good and friendly to us and tryed to work with us and our budget which he did do ! We stay there all day but it was worth it ! I stayed in the customer lounge a couple of times to charge my phone while my mom handle the paperwork. When we bought the car he went to the gas station and got gas in it and offered to get us something but we said no thank you overall I recommend it and hope you guys go !

This was the best buying experience I have ever had. This is my 5th KIA but my last 4 I bought at a different dealer. These guys at Lagrange KIA were great will diffidently by my next one here!!! Tony and crew you all are the best!!!

On my recent visit to the Service Department all department personnel were courteous and friendly. Appears to be interested in providing prompt and adequate service to customers.
