    John gives the excellent service and Espy give us all the information needed for new car, information about financing, gap-insurance etc. Chris and Richard(if i remember the name correctly) also helps alot in buying the new vehicle. Overall experience is 5star at Vallejo Momentum dealership. If anyone is looking to buy a new vehical, Vallejo Momentum is worth paying the visit, & you won't returned unhappy. They also trade-in your old vehicle for the new ones.

    I purchased my first 2017 Optima Plug-In Hybrid from them and I could't be happier. The service I received from my salesman, Sagar was amazing. He was impressive since he had only been on the job one month and his mannerism was very professional. The team effort and support I received from Tina who showed me all the bells and whistle on my hybrid was awesome. The Sales and Finance Managers were amazing as well. I had not leased a car before, but the team made my experience easy, affordable and informative. Thank you for all you do. I look forward to a long and fruitful car experience.

    I recently purchased a Kia Optima from Momentum Kia. This was my first time purchasing a car and I had heard horror stories about how stressful the process can be. Luckily for me the sales person I was working with Tina made everything very simple. She was helpful and made sure I knew the details about all of the cars I was interested in. I very much wanted to purchase an affordable new car andI felt like she truly cared about getting me the most reasonable price. After the price was negotiated I went to sign all of the paperwork for the financing. I did this portion of the sale with a woman named Sherita. She was so friendly, and happy to answer any questions that I had. The day I purchased the car the weather was very poor. The roads were wet and it was dark. I live in Fremont so the drive from Vallejo is pretty long. I didn't feel comfortable driving my car home due to the weather conditions so Tina helped arrange a way my car could be delivered to me the next morning. Tina and the service manager Myron came to drop my car off. They spent almost 45 minutes showing me how to use all the features of the car. Tina and Myron went above and beyond, and gave truly exceptional customer service. I am so pleased with my experience, and I have a brand new car that I love!

    Before I went to KIA i came from another Dealer, i waited more than 3 hours and i still left their lot carless, then I submitted to what my husband wanted since the beginning, so we went to KIA Vallejo, the agent Raquel, and her Manager, sorry I forgot his name, they were awesome, not only did we go home with a car but we didn't spend hours waiting! Great job KIA Vallejo Peeps, Kudos to you Guys!!!

    I can not believe the bad service this Vallejo dealership has. I have a CHECK ENGINE light on in my 2005 Forenza and want to bring it in today/tomorrow. The person in the service dept. tells me they can not take in my car because the only certified mechanic is out on VACATION until the end of the month. Can you believe that --- no one else can do service while this person is on Vacation. Hope no one else needs their Suzuki car serviced until August. I'm now headed out to see who can service my car. To add to it -- I have a recall on my car --- guess that won't get done either for a while.

    I just wanted to say thank you to the service center for Momentum Kia. Great service, and I was not over charged. The service adviser gave me a quote, told me what needed to be done for my service, I dropped off the car and there was no hassle. It is a great day when you get what you were told and sold. No add on's and changing the price.

    Saturday morning I was driving to Santa Rosa and my cars engine light went on. I went to the nearest Kia store, Momentum Kia, and had them look at the problem. I was heading to a graduation celebration for a nephew and wanted to make it on time. The technician looked at the car, checked the gas cap, and told me here is the problem. I did not have it tight and it was not on. He said this happens from time to time. He gave the whole vehicle a look over, said I was good to go and I was not even charged. I was happy and made it on time to the celebration. Thank you for making me feel at home, and treating me like family. My next purchase will be here. And I live in Modesto.

    Thank you Momentum Kia for helping me save money. I took my car into an independent service center and I was upset with the work they said I needed on my car. They told me my breaks, pads, rotors, were shot and all needed replaced. I went to the dealership and they looked and said that the pads were worn but rotors were fine. They replaced the pads and saved me money. I thought that dealerships would overcharge, but I was wrong. I have quality parts, with quality techs, and I am happy I saved money. Thank you again Momentum Kia
