    I needed an oil change for my S-10. Good value for the money because it would have cost me about the same to do it myself and I didn't have use my time or worry about taking the used oil to a collecting facility. They completed the job faster than expected. Would recommend to a friend.

    This place totally sucks.. I would not give them any stars, but 0 was not an option.. I will never buy another car from Best Chevrolet in Easley SC... I am very sorry I ever came here, and just as sorry I bought a Malibu.

    I bought a Chevy equinox from best back in 2012. I bought it as a used car. Had 21000 miles on it. HAd several issues with ot but, Best always came through fixing it. I traded it in on March 18, 2017 on a new car. They pulled a Carfax on it and they had an alert for Odometer rollback. I hope it was just a typo from someone. Anyway, The odometer said like 21ooo something and they put in when they recieved it it had 25000 on it. To make a long story short. It cost me about 1500 dollars on trade in because of this. I know mistakes can happen but when it cost me this much i don't like it. I have always had good luck with these guys but this hurt. Then had to listen to the wife fuss on top of that

    The team at Best Chevrolet were excellent through the entire car buying process. Our salesman, Kirt, really listened to what my wife and I were wanting and respected our needs. Nothing was pushed on us that we didn't want, which made us both feel very comfortable. I would recommend anyone to visit and purchase through Best Chevrolet!

    I was associated with dealerships for fifteen years. I have urged friends and family to purchase from dealerships, then use the dealership services to build a relationship. My mother, purchased a Sonic from a salesman. The salesman quit a few days after the purchase. Another salesperson was not assigned, or made an effort to contact my mother. immediately my mother began hearing a 'rattle', 'clunking' sound. At my urging she scheduled appointment with the service department. They could find nothing wrong. She asked the servicer writer about adjustments to the high head rests, as she is short and found they blocked her view and were uncomfortable. The 'gentleman' made no effort to solve her problem. The car was returned three times for the 'rattle clunking' noise. No problems were found. My mother felt as if her needs and problems were not considered worthy as she had only purchased a Sonic. This month the car was taken to Guinn's in Easley SC. for an oil change. The tires were worn to extent that the threads were showing. The sway bar links are bad, and have been for long time. From research I have found several webs that report Chevy Sonic having issues with the sway bar links. I feel bad for telling my mother to build a relationship with this dealership.

    Went in with a circular that said I had definitely won a prize. Was not surprised to learn that wasn't the case. However, I was ignored as soon as I walked in the door. Dressed in old jeans and stained sweatshirt, I guess I was not their "kind". After several minutes a man behind a counter scowled at me and said he would be with me in a moment. A second man stepped behind the counter, looked at me, and proceeded to wait on a woman who came up from behind me. A third man finally came over, looked at the circular, said I didn't win anything, stapled a paper to the circular, and handed it to the first guy. No one ever asked whether I would be interested in buying a vehicle, which was why I was REALLY there in the first place. But after being ignored, I had decided these were not the kind of people I like doing business with anyway and walked out of the place!

    The overall experience was ok, I received proper information based on what i saw online. I was then directed to fill out the credit application of which I received an answer right away. What was impressive was that I received another call after that to make sure all options were utilized for me. Thanks Chevrolet

    This is my second great experience with Best Chevrolet in Easley. They are very straightforward in their approach, very easy to talk with and work with - not to mention taking time to answer any and all questions. My wife spent time there getting our trade in appraised and came home with very positive comments about how she was treated. The overall trade and purchase was outstanding in every regard!!
