My overall experience at Fucillo Kia was great. From the start with my Salesman Jake Saeger, he was very professional and respectful in listening to my... wants and needs to get the deal done. Up until there were complications due to my credit... being young, having student loans, mismanaging credit cards my score was definitely not in any range to be approved (so i thought)... that is when I met with the Finance Manager, Ron. He was very sympathetic and I really felt like he wanted to help me. Ron spent the next 3 days trying to get me financed... and he did. He called 2 days later and had a contract drawn up with a pair of keys next to it. Ron is the sole reason why I will be referring my friends and family to Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral. Thank you Kia for a great experience and for giving me the chance to reestablish my credit.
From the time I was greeted at the service bay by a technician who then directed me to the service office to the completion of my service, it was a terrific... experience. I was treated with courtesy and not bothered with someone trying to sell me service I didn't need. It was done quickly and I was out of there in no time!
Six months after lease of a K900, I brought vehicle in for LOF. I drove home to southern Charlotte County and returned to Lee County two days later, 20... miles and the car quit / died with 3700 miles and was towed to Fucillo's. John & Bob, the Service Mgr. & Asst. respectively took charge and kept us abreast of the situation. Bottom line, corporate KIA was very interested and involved with solving the problem along with its repair which included replacement of the engine along with shipping it to corporate in California for inspection and study. I think it goes without saying, nobody would be happy with replacing an engine on a brand new vehicle, but repair and service where handled effectively and courteously, specifically by John, Bob, the Technician, and even the young woman (Maureen??) that checked me out for the initial LOF, on the first night. In addition, the woman from corporate, Karen Johnson was helpful, but when vehicle was NOT available for long Holiday week-end, she had said they would find a more appropriate vehicle due to wife's disabilities, which never occurred.
I just upgraded from my 2013 Sportage EX to the 2017 Sportage EX. And what an upgrade it is! Was at the dealer for 6 hours, which when you get up everyday... at 4 am is a bit rough, I have the same complaint about the place as most, way too loud in the showroom. I go out and sit in my vehicle just for some peace & quiet. Overall, I love Fuccillo, Billy is a hoot. Thanks again for another great deal!
Friendly atmosphere. All the staff seemed helpful and friendly. Great customer service. Just need to tone down on the music alittle it felt like being... in a club. The buying process seemed to take alittle longer than expected. But overall left a happy customer with a brand new vehicle
Atmosphere was a little much. But salesman was great no problems getting loan experience overall was gtreat. Will visit again. 2013 kia optima LX, low... milage and features found on prime model. Love it

Service personnel nice to deal with - fast and efficient
The car is good and the service is perfect, just a bit aggressive. If you ask just some information they give you so many incentives you can not get out... the store without buying a car. :-) But all is done in a very friendly environment.
