I was so happy with the service I received from Brandon at Kia Puyallup. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle o wanted and answered every question as we went over the vehicle and let me tell you there was a lot of them. There was no high pressure to buy the vehicle and no calls to my house saying things like this deal might not be around long and this is the last one like that or someone else is very interested in it. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the whole buying experience. I would highly recommend Brandon and KIA of Puyallup to all my friends.

This dealership service department shut the check engine
This dealership service department shut the check engine light off on my relatives Kia and sent them on their way because they were either too ignorant or didn’t want to take the time to figure out what the issue was only for the light to come back on within a week.

Poor Quality of Service
I had an oil change performed 4/1/23 and later June, early July 2023 my oil light came on, when I checked the dip stick there was no oil in my car, it had burned to the dip stick, I had to add 4 quarts of oil to my car considering, this tells me that the technician did not due their job properly by not putting oil in my car or neglecting to put enough in so it burnt rapidly resulting in my car have no oil in it after only driving 5000 miles, this is alarming especially when KIA performs the free oil changes every 7500 miles. This can adversely affect the longevity of my engine a Sorento that only has 80k miles on it which is extremely upsetting.

Bought a 2023 Kia Soul.
Bought a 2023 Kia Soul. That was my 2nd choice car going in behind the Forte but they were all sold out. Had Desean as the salesman. Chill guy. No pressure to buy but again, i was going to buy a car regardless. Would definitely recommend.

They have the best service department I have ever worked with and the free carwashes/oil changes are a big plus. I would recommend the dealership and the product to anyone.
