    I had started looking at Chevrolets, and didn't feel the price was worth the value. I came to Hyundai because I had heard good things about the cars. I test drove one and realized what people were talking was the truth, so with the incentives that were on the car it was a no-brainer to make the purchase.

    I came in without an appointment to see if I could just get an oil change on my Sonata Hybrid. There was only 1 individual in the service department both processing service orders and following up with the service department and with customers. After apologizing for being the only person there and being overwhelmed , I agreed to schedule an appointment 2 days later. On arrival the same individual was both processing service orders and working with the service department and the customer. I give Barbara Battista high marks for handling the situation professionally. She should not, however, have to apologize consistently. There was a Service Manager sitting in his office and never once did he get up to give her a hand. An auto service department and an auto dealership has to depend on service to the customer, whether it be new buyer or old owner. What we have here IS NOT service. Hendrick is a large organization and should have in place any and all tools to make the customer happy and feeling that they are high in the eyes of the organization. And those tools should affect the service representative in a similar way. Here at Hendrick Hyundai it does not. If anyone in corporate is reading these remarks, do something and do it fast. Regardless of the fact your organization is the only one in Charleston specific to Hyundai products, I will be looking elsewhere for service in the future.

    Placed online inquiry about a new AWD Santa Fe Sport and received immediate response from Dylan Hellberg. I'm a tough buyer and he did an outstanding job working the deal with the GM (Ben) on my behalf until I was satisfied. It was a pleasure, I received the vehicle I wanted, at a fair price and the experience was great. If you're looking for a Hyundai I highly recommend you contact Dylan. Great culture of customer satisfaction at this dealership!

    I was having trouble cranking my 2012 Sonata. I called the service center and they arranged for me to bring my car in for service the same day. The service representative was very helpful as usual. While they were identifying my problem they also completed my oil change and 60,000 mile maintenance. They called and kept me abreast of what was happening with my car and informed me of the cost before performing the repair. Thank you James M. for great customer care. Loretta L.

    We were in need of a new vehicle and since I have purchased from Hyundai in the past and we were pleased with the service, I returned again without hesitation. I had an appointment for 5:45 or 6:00 and the people waiting outside seemed to already know who I was there to see. Todd greeted me by name upon entering as well as Chris Heyward. Todd sat with us as we went over all the paperwork and got all the necessary documents in a row. He was very accommodating and even stayed past closing time to make sure that all was well before I drove off. The process went fairly quickly since I already knew the product and knew exactly which vehicle I wanted. Once all the details were worked out after the approval, I spoke with Dave Washington who seemed more like a friend than a finance guy. We got the price exactly where I needed it to be without any sort of hassle or feeling any pressure. I will always recommend Hyundai to anyone who asks. This experience far surpassed my precious experience which was already outstanding. This time it was stellar. Thanks for everything.

    We brought our 2011 Tucson in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and also asked them to drive the car to listen for a roaring sound that had us worried. They drove it and said it was just the tires (what a relief!). Once they rotated the tires, the roaring went away. This dealership's service department is always so helpful and friendly. Not once have I felt like they performed a service that was not needed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. In fact, since we started coming to this service department in 2011, we have bought 2 cars from the dealership because of how much we trust their service department

    We traded in our Mercedes 6 months ago. My wife couldn't be happier with the Azera. My main concern was if we would get anywhere near the same level of service after the sale. My concerns have all melted away. After one minor miscommunication right after we purchased the car, everyone has been top notch. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car to at least test drive and consider buying a it from Hendrick Hyundai.

    Brought car in for recall as well as minor work on tire. unable to fix car tire as they didn't have right tool or knowledge of how to fix it . Was told that they would not charge me as they didn't have right tool, that they would call me when they had one, Because of this I would bring back my car for service anytime, Salesmen behind counter was most helpful, very pleasant to work with.
