I bought my car from this dealership and was lied to by the salesman about the package it contained. I then took my car there for service because they... are close but will not any longer. My car had acceleration hesitation but they claimed nothing was wrong. I took my car to Antwerpen in Clarksville and they said there was a repair for this problem and immediately fixed it. Plus, an oil change should not take more than an hour but Bowie overbooks and all services take way too long. I am now driving three times the distance for better service.
I googled "Hyundai Ourisman Bowie Shopper Assurance" and their website hosted a webpage that indicated that they participated in the program. But they... do not actually participate! This merits a FTC complaint in and of itself. So they get you in the door thinking it's going to be a fair and transparent buying process when in fact it is nothing like that at all. When I arrived, I was told that the price that was quoted online was a "get you in the door price"... apparently it has all rebates known to mankind that no one could possibly qualify for! The internet price also supposedly included a dealer markdown, but when I was presented the sales sheet, the number that they started actually at was MSRP (the dealer markdown disappeared entirely). Thankfully I qualified for a Labor Day sales incentive from the manufacturer and also a military rebate which took in all ~$2250 off of this MSRP price. But the price that I paid before trade in was still about 2 thousand more than what I should have paid based on the advertised price. They really put the Ourisman family legacy of "integrity" to shame. Do not go here!

Service dept. makes incorrect recommendations without proper diagnosis. Could have been a very costly unnecessary repair. Don't take their word as fact,... do your homework.
Called from PA to check the Price of a car. Was told the price listed includes multiple discounts (UBER driver, etc.). I asked to know the price before... I make the almost 3 hour drive down from PA. I was told I will get the price after Greg checks in with his manager. I called back the next day and was told I will get the price in a couple of hours. I explained I needed to know the price quoted before I make the drive. I wanted the price without the million unrelated discounts. two days passed and I was totally ignored (my perception). I called and was told by Greg that his manager was appalled that I was comparing prices with other dealers (same exact model/type etc. by the way). He said he refuse to give me a price because their sales experience is worth more than a $100 savings at another dealer. He said that my lack of loyalty was the reason he never got back to me to tell me they will not quote a price! "Sounds like I am making it up", but I am not. I have nothing to gain or lose by posting this except to vent how I felt. I told him I am loyal to whomever gives me the same car cheaper. He then stated that they charge a premium on their "Sales Experience" and that they will not compete with other dealers on price and I am better off going to a different dealer, so I did. and I own a brand new 2017 Car! but not from them. End of review. I can move on with my life now. :)

I did not have an appointment but because I arrived early , the customer rep reviewed his work load and fit me in. He was very professional and kept me... abreast until completion of my desired services. I also received a free car wash without my request.
Jack Johnson and Renee are top professionals, did not pressure me in anyway to purchase, great listners, patient and addressed all questions. My experience... was quite rewarding and I am very pleased with my new vehicle. The staff are the greatest!

We were greeted by a sales associate as soon as we stepped onto the lot. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were not rushed. Everything was explained... clearly. The car we bought was a great buy and everything on it was shown and explained to us clearly and thoroughly.
