Horrible Communication
Their service department is a disaster, my service advisor doesn't return phone calls and never answers when you call him. Left a message with the head service advisor to call me so I could get assigned to a different service advisor. No response. I suppose service isn't a thing at this dealer.

Not A Good Experience
The guy that was helping me didn?t really seem as if he wanted to be there. After waiting over an hour to get an update on my car, the guy said oh I?ll check on your car and let you know what?s going on. I waited another 20 minutes and he never came back so I went inside the building. Once I got inside and located the guy, I said, I was still waiting outside for you to return with the update on my car. He stated he forgot.?

2001 LS 430
Not a good experience to buy a car. I wont' use AutoNation for my next purchase. I was told that all fluids were to be changed, I think just break fluid was added. Also I was told that new spark plugs were been changed, I don't think so either. I was told brakes were good, I had to purchase new brake pads the first week. It took a week to deliver the car to me. I was told that purchase documents were to be emailed, I am still waiting.

Chevrolet Cruze
They give you a warranty of 5 days 250 miles, but ironically enough an exact week after purchasing the car is when all the problems began. My car is currently at the mechanic shop for the third time and I have only owned it for two weeks. More and more problems keep happening and I have already spent $4,000 extra on this car just to drive it 20 minutes at a time and then there is another problem. If I had known that Autonation does not check on their vehicles then I would have run far far away. This was my first car buying experience and my salesperson, Benjamin Flores gave me bad vibes from the beginning. I brushed off those vibes because I thought I was just overthinking. The first car he showed me had white smoke coming out of the tailpipe on my test drive and I asked him what was going on but he was pretty quiet. I wish so badly I would have left at that moment. All I can say is that, there are tons of better car dealerships out there who will actually take that time to sell you a car that will run properly. Autonation is not one of those places.

I got my dream vehicle without all the hassle!
I had spoken to Luis about 2 days prior to my visit and we discussed the Jeep Grand Cherokee I was interested in. When I arrived for my appointment he already had the vehicle on the platform and ready to go. My overall experience was pleasant, Luis didn't go back and forth trying to get me to get something else which is what I really appreciate the most. The finance guy Issac was just as awesome as Luis. They both made me even more excited about my new car purchase! They are truly huge assets to AutoNation. I have not stopped talking about my experience and have definitely recommended AutoNation to a few friends. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU LUIS, ISSAC, AND AUTONATION!!!!!

Do not recommend!
Worst car buying experience ever! Walked out once because of miss information. Decided to still go with them because the truck was the exact spec I wanted. No effort was put forward to save me any time throughout the entire process. I was always waiting for something and it seems they view that the customer has infinite time to spend on a purchase. If I didn?t ask a question I was not going to receive any important information about the vehicle or the transaction. Auto Nation definitely does not value their customers nor make an attempt to give a transparent sale. Would never buy or recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle with them.
