Friendly efficient

Greeting by the staff member at service desk. She knew why I was there, accurately gave a timeframe when car would be ready. Was attentive to follow up. Your show room is ugly, but your staff is excellent. Also the work on my car was done properly. You do not appear to overbook. I will be back.

Friendly service, high prices.

Friendly, quick service. Prices almost double from same work done at a Lexus dealership in Grand Rapids. Just compare prices. Great waiting area and quick service while I waited.

Great Dealership

No-Pressure, quick and clear communication, flexible with our busy schedule. Honestly, everything you hope for in a car dealership! My husband and I have been car shopping for 3 months now. From Traverse City, to Grand Rapids. A last minute drive by at Fox Toyota of Cadillac and a quick phone call got us interested in a vehicle here. Ian, goes above and beyond. He offered to go on the test drive with me, which I very much appreciated. He remembered my name (another dealership in Cadillac did not), he was friendly and kind. Joey, the manager, took the time to meet me as well. He too was kind, and professional.

Dead battery

They took care of my emergency quickly and efficiently. A loaner car was available so we could complete errands. I was notified that the car was ready for pick up.

Great service

The straight forward inspection color coding system. I have absolutely no knowledge about vehicles, I put all my trust in the dealership. However it was great to have a visual rather than someone telling me things that they fixed/changed.

Just ok

Service was fairly quick. Employees are nice. Prefer when getting an oil change that instead of indicating I am there for oil change and tire rotation (which I was not) that I am asked and informed of additional charges first.
