Their finance person was less than user friendly to put it kindly. I won't go into vivd detail but i will say that I have worked with the public for over... 45 years and if I said and done what he did ,I would have been reprimanded at the very least. If it wasn't my wife wanting the car I would not have followed through but the salesperson worked hard for her and I did not want to ruin it for her. I mean after the signing and that not even a "Thank You for your business"..WOW I guess we were doing him a favor! Now the icing on the cake my wife had to drive home and then back (60 mile round trip) just to deliver a "Bank Check" back to him which in itself was due to a mis-communication of information during the purchase process. She delivered the check to him and kindly asked for a receipt, He said no turned on his heel's and walked away?? The sales manager heard this and kindly offered to write one for her. In review I did reach out to the sales manager via email to discuss this negative experience but have not yet heard back? Also as a side note my wife and I both wore masks. not one of their personal wore one.. Did not see any sanitizing going on. Handling of items between folks freely , I could not wait to get out of there and use hand sanitizer! Even their link on the website that says "Coronavirus Statement" dose not work....Pass the word Avoid at all costs! I have reached out to them before putting out this review and not one phone call returned..You work hard for your money and they do not deserve it IMO!
I'm here at Nissan Venice Florida for an oil change and the customer service Robert Senters is identifying me in front of other customers as a male when... I represent myself as a female and I'm very embarrassed. I want to reach out to someone in charge and let them know that this is not right, and this is not the way that it should be because I trusted them as a loyal Nissan member to show me respect that I deserve.
Very satisfied with this dealership. I stopped by to compare a quote I received from another dealership and left in a brand new vehicle. Thanks Tom and... your team for a great and professional service. Will recommend your dealership.

False advertising on prices!!! BUYER BEWARE! Online price should include “dealer fees.....filing fees....destination fee’s” THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT HONOR... ORICES LISTED ONLINE!

I felt I should of gotten a better price. After purchase I looked the car up on KBB. Kelly Blue Book value was lower..I should of researched more. Upon... further inspection of the vehicle, a front piece of the body wasn't attached properly and had to be reattached....i was first told I had to bring it back up to Venice. Even tho I was told during purchase that any problems could be handled by any Nissan dealer. I got them to allow me to bring it to Sutherland Nissan. It was an inconvenience to say the least. While there I was informed that the rear of the car also needs repaired!!! They are claiming it appears to be "hit and run" damage. Therefore will not fix. They said I would need to make an insurance claim or pay for it out of pocket. I believe the damage was there when I purchased the car. I just didn't notice as it is minimal. I expected that the vehicle would have been thoroughly inspected by the dealer and disclose anything that was less than par. Apparently this isn't the case. Obviously the front end piece was overlooked....easy to overlook the rear damage too!
I Went and put $4,800 down on a car. Feel like like it was a ok deal but could of done better on the price, but the Finance guy Scott was very rude and... had me so upset I decided to go back and take back my money and continued looking . Found a way better deal done the road on 41 . When your about to spend 20k on a car I would I expected better service and had a friend go Thur the same thing with them several weeks ago. They need to step it up . The sales manager RT and young kid sales man name Dan . Was pretty good . Buy the financial guy Scott horrible . Somebody needs to teach him how to Sell cars and Be polite.
My sales consultant Storm Davis did an excellent job in assisting in selection of the right car for me. Management and financial were also helpful. I will... recommend this dealership to my friends.

Started sales process and left dealership after not getting price I wanted. Couple hours later they called me and general manager stepped in to make an... offer that was acceptable to my wife and we purchased the vehicle.

Sitting at the dealer now finishing up a purchase with a good friend on a certified Nissan Murano. We were immediately met by Storm Davis and greeted with... a smile. We already new the car we wanted to see and he quickly got it and set up the test drive. My friend loved the car and we were presented with the offer to buy the car and trade in her current vehicle. At this point we were greeted by Patrick Wakefield (GM). Through a very open and transparent conversation we came to a fair deal for both parties. My friend was happy and they gained a new client!!! This dealer wants to do deals and takes time with no pressure to make it happen. I highly recommend stopping in for any new or pre-owned needs.
rip off - make you buy warranties and are very nice when buying but once they get you to sign and pay premium for a nissan forget about you! You do not... make them money anymore and they have no need for you. They have been reported so many times to Nissan of America Im truly surprised they are still in business-I guess ripping off customers is how they make a profit-do yourself a favor-go the extra mile to go to any other Nissan dealership and you will not be disappointed-one person there is worst than the next-good luck getting help, everything is an excuse as to why they cant do things - but when you buy that overpriced Nissan from them they will wait on you hand and foot-and their service center is a joke run by so called mechanics who i doubt would be able to stand the test in any other dealership-good luck if you choose this hellhole of a business and BUYER BEWARE!!!!
