Sales person was great… my only complaint is I could have

Sales person was great… my only complaint is I could have got new tires. Just made my 2nd payment on a 26,000$ loan and already need to buy new tires. All this money and not even 2 months later gotta spend more money. Otherwise friendly service.

New Lease

Transitioning from one lease to another was easy and quick. Andy Cooksey made the process simple and was very helpful with the entire process from turning my lease in early to getting a new vehicle.

Highly recommend Jessica!!!

I would highly recommend Jessica Aubin if you are looking to purchase a car. I have never had such a positive experience with buying a new car. She actively listens, she asks great follow-up questions, she is efficient in handling all the paperwork, she hands off to her coworkers all necessary information they need (ex. finance department, car prep department, insurance runner, etc.) When my new car was ready, she sat in the car and went over all the features in order for me to feel confident to drive my new car off the lot.

Credit Card SURCHARGE!

Brought my truck in for recall and oil change I saw a notice on check in desk “3.5 % charge for credit card” so I cancelled oil change. The charges for service are already higher than non-dealer service shops now they want 3.5% to use your credit card.

This is my 5th vehicle I have leased and now purchased from Ron Bouchard. I had visited other dealerships but chose Ron Bouchard because of the staff and the selection of vehicles. I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Andy Cooksey! The time he spends with his customers making sure all their needs & wants are met is phenomenal! He not only goes the extra mile to make the experience enjoyable he makes sure you are getting the best deal possible, BUT he never forces anything on you like some dealerships do. Helpful and straightforward!

I worked with Andy to get into a new lease, and he made the process so easy and straightforward. He was realistic and didn’t make me feel pressured to do anything, but was very informative and helpful!

Where is our $$$ due to us??

We were pressured into buying a used pathfinder when we wanted a new ‘22 platinum. We traded the used car with another dealer less than a month later, with only 400miles added, for the vehicle we wanted. We contacted RBNissan to cancel all our extra coverage on the used car. -Over $6,000 in extra coverage policies due back to us. That was March 30/2022 WE HAVE YET TO SEE ANY OF THAT $$$$$, despite financial manager assuring us it’s coming. Over 3months now and they will not respond to out messages. That’s a LOT OF MONEY, for a retired couple to have the dealership abscond with. Help! The McFarlands, Sterling, Ma
