5 STAR service from start to finish!

I drove an hour and half away because this place had the car I wanted. And let me tell you, it was totally worth it. I dealt with the sales manager Denny throughout the process and he was amazing. never even got to meet the guy but would 💯 buy a car from him again. As far as the salesperson Jessica, what can I say. I went to 2 other Nissan dealerships and dealt with a few men combined total between the 2 other Nissan dealerships and none of them could answer a question about a single feature? But Jessica…Jessica knew the entire vehicle inside and out. Showed me every button and even played videos for me 😂. sorry fellas…Jessica is the queen of Nissan and you could all learn a thing or 2. And she was incredibly patient with me and my troop of children in tow. jessica was so normal and unsaleaman-like that I would go have a beer with her. not annoying like other sales people were during my search. I literally cannot say enough about Ron Bouchard Nissan. Five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bad Bad Bad

Very disoriented and lacks communication. One man in the maintenance area that deals with customers gave my appointment away twice and was super rude. He hung up on my boyfriend a few times after telling him he gave the appointment away. We eventually switched to Honda for maintenance. But, when I did go to Honda, they had to do a tire rotation free of charge because the Nissan service was suppose to take care of that a few months prior. I'm talking about the free tire rotation. They said they did it and they did not! Nissan rips you off! Saying that they did something and the next place over, also owned by Ron Bouchards is saying something completely different. It's gross and unprofessional. I don't have a warranty anymore, I was told, and I waited a week for an appointment in which they SHOULD HAVE informed me of before the appointment was made. I cannot even drive my car to work because it overheats! I'll be going to a new shop for maintenance because every time I go to this place, something is wrong afterwards and I am lied to. Every other week it's something new with this stupid car. I hate it. I hate the whole store. And I hate that I trusted these fools. SCAM LIKELY. It might seem great at first but give it a couple months, you'll hate them too. Wouldn't you think if you spend over 20K on a car, they will take care of you courteously? Nope. Not here. They pick and choose who they want to help. I've had more rentals and I've had to take more Ubers rather than driving my own vehicle. It's sad. I think court is a good option in this case.

Lies and demonstrate lack of confidence and respec

I made a appointment to test drive a Chevrolet suv , they called me to confirm, ok . Then hours later a arrived at my appointment then to be told that SUV was sold 3 hours ago. But since that day they keep showing same SUV at that site with lower price. To make matters worse I even have my friend to call a set an appointment for this specific SUV and they scheduled a test drive for the same SUV that week ago they told me that was sold. Please stay away from this dealership.

Great buying experience

The overall trade-in process went smoothly. DannyF was transparent and great to work with. The finance rate (0.9%) I got for my 2021 Titan with a 740 credit score was unrivaled, let alone the dealer’s free of charge lifetime powertrain warranty. I’d highly recommend the dealer.

Was very surprised how my finance rate went from ,9% to 1.9% on buying a new frontier having a credit rating of 846 and my wife having 804.I was told that Nissan had raised the rates since 2/8/22 when I had placed a deposit on a 2022 Nissan Frontier pro 4x. Go figure1

Could not have been any happier!

I could not have been any happier with my car buying experience. Andy Cooksey was so kind and patient and answered all of my questions and concerns about making a purchase. He was amazing and came thru for me with flying colors. The finance team was able to do way better on the financing for me than my own bank and in 24 hours I drove off the lot in my new car.

End of lease to purchase experience

Andy Cooksey smoothly transitioned our 2019 Pathfinder end of lease to a purchase. Pathfinder went through Nissan's Certified Pre-Owned checklist/maintenance program and looks/feels like new.

Great sales staff.

This is my second new Titan I have purchased from Ron Bouchard Nissan. My sales associate, Christian Colman was most helpful it the whole process. He addressed all the details right down to getting the inspection sticker, handing me the keys and going over all questions I had. The vehicle was flawless. I highly recommend seeking out Christian for a new or used vehicle.
