I walked into the dealership late on a Monday evening to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland they had for sale. Scott was happy to let me take it for a spin by myself with no pressure. I came back from the test drive and talked to both Scott and Brett on price and some minor issues with some marks on the rims that I would liked fixed before I would consider buying the vehicle. They were happy to work with me and again with zero pressure and I wound up purchasing the car that very night. Bill made getting the loan and signing the paperwork quick and easy and was ready to answer any question I had. They even kept the car an extra day before delivering it to me to make sure everything was perfect with it. Wheels fixed, serviced, and detailed. The dealer and staff at Motion Autosport were very knowledgeable and pleasant, not pushy at all. Brett, Scott, and Bill answered all our questions. It was evident that this business takes exceptional care of their product-top shelf. Since there was not a manual with the used car, Brett arranged for one to be sent to us immediately. He provided a cover for the car, so I could maintain its pristine look. We are completely satisfied with the car and the dealership. We traveled from Jamestown, NY to Canton, OH, arriving at 4 PM, traded our car for the Vette were on our way home within two hours. The car is all that we had hoped for and we really enjoyed taking turns driving it home.

This was a great car buying experience. The staff was very helpful, they gave me a great deal, they hit all their marks, the car was ready to go when I went to pick it up. There was not one bit of hesitation or any of the BS you normally get on a car deal. They will be the first ones I contact when I go car shopping again. I highly recommend them.

These guys are great to work with. I bought my second vehicle from them last week. The process with them is pretty non-confrontational. I called in and told Kevin what I was looking for. He called me a few days later and said we had a Wrangler like what I was looking for coming in. It wasn't my number one color choice but it was one of my top 3. He had me fill out an online credit application again like last time. Bill the finance guy had me all set to go when I walked in the door and even got me a warranty on the Jeep and kept me within $25 bucks of where I wanted to be. If you are looking for a car, these are the guys to see. They're not pushy and treat you more like an employee than a customer.

My wife and I had looked for a couple years for just the right used BMW. We asked the guys at Motion Autosport if they could help and within just a few weeks they found us the exact car we wanted, and a couple thousand $ less than we expected to pay! They sent a driver all the way out of state to get the car, had it detailed, gassed up and ready to go when we came in. I've already sent a few of my family and friends down to Motion, they are the kind of guys you feel comfortable with buying a car.

We found an attractive used 2006 Ford Ranger on the web at this dealer. The market has been tight on trucks of this size and age and most have been either sold before we could see them or in such poor condition they may never sell for anything but scrap. We called and asked they hold it long enough for us to drive there. Salesman Scott Inskeep was as good as his word and informed later callers it was reserved. When we arrived, the truck had been prepped and brought forward for us. It had been serviced before listing and a report of the work done and the results of inspection were provided to us. The truck was in beautiful condition and a short test drive confirmed its performance was as good as its appearance. The price, recently reduced, was within our budget and we agreed to the purchase immediately. Scott and the staff at Motion Autosport made the process quick and easy. We were happily on the road home with the truck within an hour and a half! The dealer's facility is small, but very well kept, and the vehicles for sale were all in fine condition, most being high-end makes and models. Scott and the other staff were very gracious and quietly efficient. It was a complete pleasure dealing with them. I recommend them to anyone. ps: We've had the truck 3 months now and it has more than lived up to expectations.

I look forward to dealing with Scott again in the future. Brett (the owner) and I talked for quite some time about several of the trucks and SUV's on the lot. But I had my sights set on a 2005 Chevy Colorado Z71 with under 50,000 miles, in great condition, and priced just right. Brett had Dent Wizard come in and remove several dings and dents free of charge. Bill the finance guru went out of his way to find the loan and warranty terms I wanted. That in my book is what ya call GREAT customer service!!
