Regal Chevrolet Kia Lakeland

They recommended services on our car that did not need to be done. It was extremely expensive and we feel ripped off. We will never buy a Kia or get our car serviced at a Kia again. Horrible service.

I have always had good service there. This time I came a day earlier than scheduled (oops). but they fit me in and didn't even mention it. Such nice people .

Too long a wait for just getting a tire checked, I suppose too many customers at one time.

The staff are always pleasant and personable. The service is timely, even though I didn’t have an appointment. They were able to do my brakes without having to come back.

Always friendly staff and fast service kept you informed on what going on with your vehicle while it’s being serviced on if a problem occurs and check on you after work is complete very professional in everything they do .

This is my second new vehicle that I purchased from Regal. The financing went fine. Only two things that needs improvement really three. The K5 GT that I eventually brought was showing online as in their inventory but was really in transit. The price of any new vehicle that you buy from Regal comes with a package that's around $3000 on top of the msrp of the vehicle you buy. Some customers may not want the package but it seems like they equip the new vehicle with it! My K5 GT was delivered and the package was installed PDI! Window tint, door guards and more are part of that package. I'm a believer if you are buying a new vehicle you should decide what you want and don't want on it! Most dealers are doing this like a mark up on these vehicles! Most dealers in Lakeland are doing this with different packages so Regal doing it doesn't surprise me. Also during financing you are presented with extended warranties and service packages! Again you should choose what you want and don't! But I took several of the packages because I saw value of them! Unlike the packages for the tint and other features that are put on the vehicles price! These days and time when everything is so expensive, if you are blessed enough to even purchase a new car you should be able to not over pay for that car!! All in all would I buy from Regal again! Yes! This is my 2nd new car that brought from them! Nobody is perfect just which they work on the things that I've mentioned! And Orlando was the best!! Went to pick up my new K5. It wasn't ready yet! Had to wait a hour to drive it off the lot but Orlando took care of me! Wasn't his fault!

Never received any updates unless I called. I was told I needed a new engine then 2 days later it’s magically fixed and was ready to be picked up days ago, which I was never notified.

Regal Kia lakeland helped us save money and get the car we wanted! Would definitely recommend!
