I took my 3 week old XC60 hybrid in for a “check engine” light and after several hours was told that they did not have any service technicians capable... of servicing a hybrid. They re-set my engine light and suggested that I continue my trip and take the car to the dealer that sold me the car in Texas.
Absolutely ridiculous customer service in the service department. On two separate occasions they have canceled repair appointments, after we have already... arrived and waited for over an hour, because the special ordered part was no longer available. Hector, the manager, kindly reached out to help us resolve this but zero follow through has occurred and two weeks later, we still have a broken car and I am trying to chase down someone in the service department--again. I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership which is unfortunate as their sales team is lovely but simply cannot handle my time being wasted by their service team. Go someplace else to buy or fix your Volvo!! Do not waste your time!
This is my fourth Volvo; one XC90 and 3 XC60's. They have all been wonderful cars. Service after the sale is also great. Any question I have had has... been answered so that I could understand. My routine maintenance is done in a timely manner and always perfectly.

Excellent service, an especially accommodating and personable salesman. I bought during the pandemic and the dealership was well prepared-gloves , masks... and sanitizer available. My car was disinfected as well.

excellent staff, friendly and professional . Clean dealership, they are laid back, give you time to make a decision . They called us back post purchase... to make sure we were happy with the car.
Service department costly from any Volvo dealer you would go too !;.not for the local people. Better off to travel an hour or 2 and half. So you can get... treated fairly and feel good after the fact!

Was very happy overall with service. Both the people and the environment were very inviting. I opted to wait for my car, and was done promptly. The... waiting area provided coffee and a TV for viewing.
3 bad experiences. Had me to put parts on I didn't need. Costly. The last experience over charge and didn't know about when I said "" l"m paying (:things... got unprofessional had to call 911. North of America Volvo can help owner!, ,no one needs to deal with this behavior!

Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and helpful. Salespeople were very knowledgeable about the Volvo and helpful showing me all of its features.... Business manager made understanding the lease and all of the options very easy to go through. They made me feel like I wasn't just leasing a car but creating a relationship with them that if I had any problems or questions I could call them up and they would be willing and happy to help. I was very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend them to friends. And I LOVE my new Volvo.
