    My husband called dealership on 8/23/12 to inquire about a Thunderbird listed on AutoTrader. We were VERY excited to view this car. My husband & I work... seperate shifts and also live a bit of a distance from dealership. My husband MADE AN APPOINTMENT to drive the Thunderbird on 8/25/12 at 9:00 a.m. We received a message on 8/24/12 that the vehicle was going home for the evening with someone else and we would receive a call by 9:30 a.m. on 8/25/12 letting us know if the vehicle was still available and if it was we could probably see it at 11 a.m.! We made our appointment in good faith. This situation is exactly what we were trying to avoid and is why we made an appointment in advance. We NEVER received a phone call. We waited all morning on Saturday and never heard from this dealership as promised. Our time is just as precious as anyones. We need another vehicle and we only have weekends to look. Saturdays are short hours for dealerships and this dealership took a whole weekend away from us and didn't even have the decency to call us back. I am very disappointed with your work ethic AutoWorld.

    Dear customer I am sorry about the miss-communication between parties. However with the call letting you know that there might be a deal on the vehic...le. We expressed that the car would not be back until that weekend after noon. We tried to contact you once the car was back and there was no answer. We know that your time is very valuable and would like to extend our services to you by bring a vehicle to you. We strive for excellence and sometimes mistakes happen.     A great bunch of trustworthy guys. My application and purchase experience was Unbelievably smooth and I am pleased to have recieved the vehicle I wanted... that might otherwise been out of my grasp. It was a pleasure meeting you all (Mr. Bean, Mr. Hagenbausch, last but certainly not the least Mr. McDuffy). I already have two potential buyers waiting to meet you.

    I went into the dealership looking for anything but a minivan. Brian Smith came over to offer help. He let me test drive many cars, even kept a few overnight.I... really liked the Chrysler 300, had a lot of room in the back also, but when it came down to it, I really needed all the room that a minivan has to offer. Brian found an excellent used one, pretty new too! With help from his finance manager, I was able to get a great rate, and the monthly payment is perfect! As a single mom, with 3 kids, I am very greatful that Brian spent so much time looking for & getting just what I needed!! Thanks Brian!
