Elite motors buyer beware

I only give a 1 because can’t give lower. We went there found a Mazda CX-7 which when got there was being repaired . They said was a spark plug . While test drive check engine light came on . James said would be repaired the next day so be ok to drive Fred the machanic said it was fixed . I asked James would we be refunded if say for example what was wrong wasn’t fixed . He said yes. To find out that was a lie to get the sale. it would be 10 minute . We drove home to Elrama then back the car broke down 5 miles from elite motors . So my fiancé calls AAA to have towed back Fred the mechanic comes says to nurse the car and cancel AAA . So Friday afternoon, Monday , and now Tuesday haven’t fixed. So we call to get told by James we called to much and our fault car broke down because we were driving with no oil. No car spilled out all over 51 and his mechanic is one decided to drive car instead of towing for free without AAA . I guess he didn’t want to wait around being Friday now we are told no refund and a new engine will be 1200. Yet he didn’t hestitate to mention when he took the car for a 100 mile joyride the weekend before it was ok . And we even overlooked the empty Gatorade bottles in car . My and my fiancé personal opinion they will lie or say anything just to get the sale and care nothing about the customers . Then to blame someone who only drove car for approximately 20 minutes . Then you call James answers phone then puts you on hold because doesn’t want to talk to you and sends you to voicemail and all you hear in background are employees laughing like crazy . I explain my frustrations and I’m mocked and told when I say put yourself in my position . How is that possible we are out 4,178 now they want another 1200 . This is pure fraud we believe they knew vehicle was bad and just rigged to get off the lot . Thenjames had nerve to say he only made 400 on the deal . Really . Oh btw when James made the sale to us last Thursday he told us to pass the word on and advertise our experience. So I am . This advertise buyer beware and stay away . This dealership we believe purposely deceives people and could care less


Amazing customer service with aftercare.

I purchased a Toyota from them. it had a very exotic sequential manual transmission. I had it shipped to me in Minnesota because the car was very rare. The salesman was very honest and open and extremely thorough checking the vehicle because I was buying it based off pictures on the internet. when I receive the car it had some mechanical issues that I truly believe there's no way they could have known about. however they offered pay the entire bill which was pretty amazing. I stored it during the winter and 3 months later I drove it approximately it's first 20 mi and it had more mechanical issues. this is due to the very rare condition of that transmission and again I believe it wasn't working order when it was in their hands. shockingly three months later they were willing to pay for the repairs. I live in Minnesota and they full well new I would never purchase a vehicle from them again Only due to them being 12 states away from me. but even with that they went out of their way and paid the bill. absolutely amazing for a vehicle that was an as is sale for them to go this far.... Chris was my salesman and anything that comes out of his mouth his gold. I would buy a car from him on a handshake. pretty amazing to find people like this still. I don't know anybody that dealership I'm not being paid for this ad I was inspired to write it by the absolutely amazing customer service I received.


Bad customer service

Called and the vehicle was on the lot. Went to look at it and was nice. Was told needed a part that was not in. This was on a Friday. Said it would be fixed Monday. Agreed that some body work needed done. Was advised would be ready Tuesday. Called on Monday to make sure all was ready and then was told it was sold. Even had the paperwork to take to the bank. Was under the impression that is was our vehicle. Was a verbal agreement. Apparently quick money is better than customer service.


Fantastic Price & Even Better Service

I started my day by visiting two car dealerships looking for a specific car. The first dealership was not helpful at all, and the second one attempted to sell me a car with less options, more cosmetic damage, for more money. I called Elite and spoke with Jay from the lot of dealer two. He drew up some numbers and made it compelling enough to take the 1.25 hour trip. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and I could tell it was an honest place to do business. The car was just as described on the phone: clean as a whistle inside and out, drove and rode smooth, priced lower than anyone else and had more options! I wasn't planning on buying today but the experience just made it way too hard to head home. I loved every minute of my experience at Elite motors! Thank you Elite and Jay!

Well put together website and vehicles description


Lies. Does not stand behind their vehicles.

I bought a truck at Elite. Before I even left I mentioned a noise in the engine. They assured me I had a 30 day power train warranty. I tried to follow up and get them to pay to fix the problem which I had diagnosed by a local Ford dealership. The staff beat around the bush and said it "was probably normal" and that the owner was "out of town" all the time and I never got any response.the problem needs to be fixedand it totals $1000-$1500 in repairs. The dealer said it can lead to a catastrophic engine failure. The dealer handled my situation very poorly and did not stand behind their so called warranty. I will never recommend this dealer and will spread this word as much as I can.


Great Experience with great people

I have purchased three vechicles with elite. They have great customer service and make you feel as though they care about your wants & needs, not just selling a car. I have never left there unsatisfied and have peace of mind knowing I purchased a safe & reliable car for my family. Car shopping can often feel like a chore but the staff go out of their way to make you comfortable & give you a hassle free experience. Kudos to Jay, Rick & the rest of the Elite crew!!!
