I had a great experience with the service department.

I had a great experience with the service department. Oil change among other things the Jeep needs it. The best part was I didn't need to make an appointment to get the service done. Thank you, Jeff.


Bad experience

Very bad costumer service.very impolite,I took my car for some problems and maybe because is under warranty they don’t really give good take care of us after buying car.

made an apointment and waited 2 weeks - when i showed up they said they decided to take 2 days off and wouldnt be able to do my work. they would only be able to do the recall work (which is NOT why i made the appointment. then they called me at 11 am and said it was done - again i asked if they had time to check my sway bar (light blinking) and they said no - even though half the day remained. I went to pick it up and they handed me the paperwork and went and got my jeep, handed me the keys and said there you go - your jeep is over there. Iooked at the paperwork and it appears they didnt have the parts to finish one of the recalls - i asked if i was reading it correctly and they said yes. I asked "were you not going to go over this with me? and the service manager said - oh yea, i was just about to do that - BS! they already handed me the keys and pointed me to my jeep. needless to say i will never go there again. btw - i spent over 80,000 on my wifes jeep from this dealer in 2020. I will buy my next vehicle somewhere else


Worst Experience Ever

This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased a new Jeep in May 2021 from John. The vehicle had only one key and the service department was closed that day, so I was told I would need to bring the vehicle back to have a second key made (complimentary). Over the past 5+ months, I have called no less than ten times and left messages, with the service department claiming I need the salesperson (John) to sign off on it. I've also emailed the salesperson and dealership to no avail. No one returns your calls or emails. There are a hundreds of other car dealerships in the Bay Area, you would be better off going to any of them.

I scheduled an online appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived at the service dept, I was told that “oil changes” are on a “first come-first served” basis. He stated I could either wait the 4 hours or come back another day in the morning. I asked him what was the point of scheduling an appointment, and didn't say anything. I then asked about the tire rotation and was told that was also the case. There should be something on-line that tells you that you are wasting your time scheduling oil changes online. Terrible service!!

Run away from this dealership like a plague! Worst experience ever from this stealership! Workers treat the customers like xxx! Managements are the same! No respect, don't care at all attitude! The minute you signed that purchase contract you are on your own. FCA products sell not because of their reliability but huge incentives. I Purchased a brand new Jeep Cherokee from them and experience nothing but problems. I spent almost every other week for 6 months back and forth (70 miles one trip from my home) to fix the problems with no resolution whatsoever. I cut $5,000 (9 months depreciation) loss and purchased a used Lexus RX 350. Took my Lexus to two different Lexus dealers. Man what a day and night with FCA dealerships. I experience Amazing with Lexus! No more FCA products or now Stellantis for me. You should too for your own benefits. P.S. I still smile until today every time I see my Lexus.

Just went thru the misleading bait and switch from this dealership. Pure disappointment the fact they want to take advantage of people in these times. The one I messaged they said was sold which isn't according to the vin hasn't been rdr. Then I found a cheaper one in stock that they marked up $10000. This dealership is very unprofessional and disappointing to work with.


Bait and switch.

Went to buy a car from a Patricia lady it was supposed to be a easy deal she tried to bait and switch me by telling me that car was sold but they have one that is $5000 less but they decided to mark it up $10000 so it’s more explaining they aren’t selling as much so they have to depend on customers to pay more. Horrible company.


2021 RAM 1500 Limited Longhorn 4x4

The very best experience of any dealership I have ever had. I was looking to trade-in my 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. I called everywhere within a 100 mile radius. No one had anything close to what I wanted, until I called San Leandro Chrysler and talked with Vanessa Abaunza. When she answered I asked the same question as I had for every call before her. I told her, I'm looking for a 2021 RAM 1500 Limited Longhorn. No sooner having said these words, and she said, you have good taste. I thought for a moment, is she being real or just being a sales rep. Then she said, I love the Longhorn, it's my favorite and she went on and on about it. No other sales rep from any dealership told me I have good taste. She made me feel great from the very start. She had me at "Hello"... She continued asking, what exactly I was looking for on the truck and what color? I wanted everything in Delmonico Red. She immediately said, I have it. I was skeptical, but curious. Can you show me? Next thing I knew, I was looking online at the truck of my dreams. I asked, how did you do that? I have spoken to every dealership and no one had anything close. I was about to give up and then you pull this out from nowhere. My heart was pounding, I could hardly speak a word from that point. I about had tears I was so beside myself. Her next words were, when do you want to come see it? I explained that I was about 80 miles away. She came back with, I have customers that come from everywhere, just to buy from us here at San Leandro Chrysler. I told her, I really don't want to drive 2 hours one way just for this truck. She came back with, is this the truck you want and have been looking for? My answer, Y E S ... she then said, what's 2 hours, if you get the exact truck you want? Well, I had to agree, she had me and I knew it and I wasn't going to let anyone have that truck but me. There was a lot of details left out in this review, but I want everyone reading to understand that I have never ever encountered a better sales than her. She is the very best. I love her. She was honest, sincere, funny, just the most amazing person to deal with. I cannot say enough or give her higher praise of any sales rep. ... if you are looking for a new RAM truck or any Dodge, Jeep, call and talk with Vanessa in sales, she'll hook you up, just like she did me.
