    Would like to personally thank sales consultant Hakim Yacoubou for making the whole car searching and buying process a breeze and thrilling. I'm usually skeptical and uneasy when it comes to vehicle shopping, mostly because I feel I am being pressured by the salesmen, but Hakim met me on my level, seeing things from the buyers perspective. He encouraged me to observe every part of the vehicle I was curious about and had an honest response to all of my questions. Thank you for your service, Baxter.

    I went into Baxter Ford just to see what they had in the used inventory and although it took most of the day to make a deal that benefited me, the service was excellent. Ambrose Lurks was very responsive to my financial situation and did everything he could to make it happen. Jo Elle Gerber did an excellent job getting the financing I needed and Jason Foresman was very responsive as far as getting the few items I thought should come with the vehicle. This will be the 3rd F250 4x4 Diesal that I purchase from the Baxter Group and recommend others to visit.

    Carrie Cleasby was very helpful when I recently purchased a new vehicle. She did all of the research and footwork and saved me HOURS of time. Also Bob Steinke was fantastic at Baxter Toyota when I made my purchase. Very satisfied with the whole process!

    I was dealing with Mike Nowojski. Very professional, very courteous, and good communication. The price was right but the cost of me getting to Omaha forced me to buy a higher priced car closer to home. I am nowhere close to a major airport, and so the jump flight was just too much money. Sorry Mike, really like your style. Larry

    Buying a Subaru Outback from Baxter was a good experience. We had found a previously owned Subaru at Baxter online. Living in central Iowa we made several phone calls back and forth with Aaron Hawley before making the trip to Omaha. Aaron emailed photos and answered our questions. Used Subaru's with low mileage do not stay on the lot for long. With a deposit Aaron held the car until the weekend when we were able to make the trip. Aaron was professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Before we left the dealership Aaron went over every detail in the vehicle and showed us how every gadget worked. He certainly made the purchasing process easy and a great experience. He followed up on questions after the sale. I am the happy owner of a Subaru Outback that I love to drive. I highly recommend Baxter and Aaron Hawley.

    After a lot of research on a 2015 Mazda3, I chose to go to Baxter after inquiring online and received an email from a few salesmen. When I arrived, Jermaine had the car waiting to test drive and Justin was very friendly and made me feel comfortable while I waited. After a few test drives of several models, I decided on a model. While my hours prevented me from buying from either Justin or Jermaine, they were both super friendly and courteous during the entire process. Chuck, the sales manager, was also very friendly and the entire buying process was a breeze (despite some scheduling issues in taking delivery of the car). All in all I would definitely buy from here again and recommend others to do the same. I wish I needed another car since everyone was so service-focused. They really took great care of me and my family!

    Service center is horrible. I don't want to write a long review, so I'll keep it simple. The Staff is very rude... When we first pulled in there was a girl eating food at her desk and she literally ignored us for at least 5 minutes and numerous people walked by us even making eye contact. But nobody acknowledged us for 5 minutes or so. I should also mention, we were the ONLY people waiting. When we were finally helped, the attitude of the person was so rude... I felt awkward just being there. The experience bringing the car back for a recall was so terrible I don't even want to go into detail because I'll write things I shouldn't post on the Internet, and I'll probably rant for 5 pages. If you read this and still go there, don't say you weren't warned. Side note: we are very happy with are vehicle, but the service center is like a different world from the sales side...somebody needs to Change something. Fact...
