The Service manager is always willing and ready to make the customer his first and foremost top priority. He goes above and beyond to meet the needs of well established customers such as myself. I have been a loyal car buyer from Bob Moore since 1995 and has purchased all 4 vehicles from them.

Oil change at Bob Moore Buick is The Best

Went in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. 40 min later, I?m on my way. Completely thrilled with how quick my service was today. Not only quick, it was done correctly! Only place I go for my Enclave is, and always will be, Bob Moore Buick!!!!

2018 GMC Terrain

Overall a poor experience from salesman to communication. Zack in the service area seemed to be the only help in the entire building.

Buying a Buick

This was a pretty nice experience. The salesperson was very accommodating, did not pressure me in any way, and provided me with most of what I needed to make a decision. I think I made a fair deal on a slightly used car. The salesperson followed up with me several times to make sure I was satisfied, even tutored me on all the bells and whistles, and set up myBuick for me.

2017 New Buick Encore

Overall experience with this dealership was very good. Staff was very helpful and polite, and Bobby Trumbley, our salesperson, was exceptional. We will purchase from this salesperson again in the future.
