I have bought my last three vehicles from Berglund. I have never been disappointed in the sales and/or the service I received from any of the salespersons... or service department. I have been very impressed with your employees professionalism both in sales and service. The last vehicle I bought recently was in Bedford, VA. and it was late Saturday (around closing time) and the salesperson was Kayla Webster and I don't remember the name of the person staying late to arrange for financing and warranty, but both were excellent people to work with and never even acted like I should have been there a lot earlier or have me come back another day to complete the transaction. The service department followed up on putting a Lux coating inside and outside the car and repaired a recall item on vehicle before returning it to me the next day. I also realized that the front floor mats were missing and Kayla ordered a new set with no charge to me. I like doing business with your employees. Thank You Very much. Ernie Spiva
I wanted to say a huge thank you to Ann and TJ and mostly Tom Gilbert. I took my Ford Explorer in for repairs and received the best experience I have ever... received. I have always taken my Ford's to Magic City in Roanoke, but I have learned that giving some time and faith in my local dealership is what I should have been doing all along.
