Awesome service, I was in and out very quickly. Special ordered vehicle actually came in a week early. Dealership did a great job cleaning it up before delivery.

Hands down the best car buying experience to date! Coming from someone who has been in the same business for many years my standards are high and Royal exceeded any expectation I had! The most accommodating dealership I’ve ever experienced. The number one reason my experience was a great as it was is without a doubt because of my salesman, Kobe Bates. He went above and beyond! His knowledge and transparency is top tier. He made sure to keep me informed every single step of the way. I can’t recommend him enough. Halfway through the paperwork Friday evening I ran out of

Halfway through the paperwork Friday evening I ran out of time to complete the process. I was pre-approved for the loan before I went there & told them I'd even leave a deposit & come finish purchase Saturday afternoon. Midday, I got a text from the salesman, Kobe Bates saying they sold my car this morning. I already had insurance on it & ready to give a $6000 down-payment & drive it home today. The manager DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! All he's worried about is the almighty dollar. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON A BUSINESS THAT DOESN'T GIVE A xxxx ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!! Go to AllStar or even a junkyard where they care about customer service! IF I COULD RATE THEM A NEGATIVE 5 STARS, THAT ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH! THEY DESERVE A NEGATIVE 100 STAR RATING!

They don?

They don?t do what you asked them to do but they can sure make you pay. Then you pull out your filters and they are BLACK!! I also paid cash for my vehicle and found out a year later they had pulled my credit. Bad business all the way around.
