    I leased a 2014 Jetta GLI in January of 2014 from salesperson (now sales manager) Jason D’Avolio. Loved the car and planned to purchase at lease end, however the car had a reoccurring fuel pump issue, signaled by the “EPC” light on the dashboard. Car went through three fuel pump replacements, all at Kelly. My experiences with the service department were generally excellent and I don’t blame Kelly for not being able to permanently solve the problem, I think my specific car had a defect. Rachel DaSilva (service consultant) and Nick Irving (service manager) were helpful and polite at all times. Always provided with a loaner and service was completed promptly. After the third replacement, I inquired with Jason about getting into a new GLI. He, along with Ryley Pells (salesperson) and Mark Galante (General manager), all looked into the possibilities. I had a number I wanted to pay and was told that could only happen if VW provided trade assistance considering my car’s issues. We needed to wait until the end of the week to see if VW would provide the trade assistance. In the meantime, my “EPC” light went on again. I took the car immediately to Kelly and told Mark I did not want to take the car home. He met my number on the spot and I drove away with a new GLI at my price. Throughout the process, there was some typical back and forth, but this is to be expected when trying to get into any new car, anywhere. I appreciate how Kelly and all people involved handled my case. I truly feel they wanted to help me get out of my plagued car and they weren’t trying to take advantage of the situation. My wife and I will be back within 6 months to look for her next car.

    I was extremely anxious about going to lease a car. From the moment i was greated by Anthony i felt at ease and began thinking this might really happen. He effortlessly put together available inventory and a plan for diffrent ways to make the payment work for me! With very little time he and John were able to put the deal together. Barry was so helpful and clear explaining paperwork and brake down of costs. It seemed like in no time i had a car i love with options i never anticipated. I left kelly vw a customer for life.     Prior to Friday the 13th of October, 2K17 I had never even heard of a VW Tiguan. I had been shopping for months, looking at KIA Sportages, Hyundai Tuscons, Mitsubishi Outlanders, etc... Basically, just looking for that 10yr PowerTrain Warranty. I accidentally fell upon the Tiguan on a WebSearch. But I knew Volkswagen didn't offer the same Warranty as the Korean/Japan guys. But I decided to Call up Kelly VW ask to inquire about 'Extending' the Factory Warranty. And with no pressure at all, I got an intelligent response and ended up with a far superior vehicle, with a 10yr BUMPER TO BUMPER (Not JUST PowerTrain) Warranty for the same price (if not less) than I was about to spend on the KIA. Josh Cone & Jackie Amodeo were by far, two of the best people in this business I have ever dealt with. And I've dealt with quite a few in my years. At no point was I pressured with BS Sales Tactics. They knew, their vehicles speak for themselves, just give people the honest information and they'll decide correctly, if not. then that's on them, not the SalesGuy... All in All, I was pleasantly surprised with the entire process of purchasing my new Tiguan from Josh & Jack at Kelly. And will be recommending them to anyone & everyone I know in the market for a new car.

    I inquired about a Passat online and was immediate put in touch with James. I went and saw the car same day and he had it ready to test drive. James was very knowledgeable about the features and mechanics. While they're pricing was higher than other dealerships near me and I wish the price includes the pre-owned certification, the negotiation process was reasonable and frustrations free. From the paperwork to the ease of picking up your car, James and the rest of the team made it easy with no hidden charges or gimmicks. They even threw in rubber mats for free. I'm very happy that I'm driving the exact model I wanted. I'd definitely buy from Kelly Volkswagen again!

    This dealership is quite far from where I live but I decided to head out there after reading great reviews and the great deals they had. I was not disappointed and was extremely glad I made the trip. James came to help as soon as we showed up- he was wonderful to work with and was so down to earth, up front and honest it made the whole process easier than I ever had expected. He makes sure you find the car you love is patient and helpful and caring every step of the way. The finance department is also amazing and answered any and all questions with honesty and humor. I am so happy I made the trip and I love my new car and the great price. Worth every effort!!
