Recently bought a 2024 Volvo S60, the B5 model. We're skiers and spend most of the Winter in snow country. The car is great, heated seats, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel and more, plus remote start for the really cold days. Terrance Harris was our sales person. He was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. Quite knowledgeable about the car and all it's features. He worked hard to answer our questions and get us the car we wanted. He really did go above and beyond expectations. The dealership as a whole made buying simple and easy. They took care of all the paperwork, the registration and made the process understandable, straightforward and uncomplicated. This is our second car from the Premier dealerships. Obviously satisfied or we wouldn't come back.

We bought our Volvo here and service has been anything but helpful. The dealership never has loaners available. Appointments are set weeks or months out. We drive to the dealership after having our car serviced there a week prior with a bad noise and they said that we should cons back in a month since they had no availability to look at our car.
