Only a few weeks into my purchase, but the sales experience was exceptional. Terrance was always available to answer questions and follow up on requests. He went above and beyond. It was a total pleasure. I’ve met a few of the service personnel and Bryan the service manager seems very thorough. So we’re off to a good start.

I'm not sure we have ever had a more positive, seamless, and pressure free experience buying a car at a dealership. We worked with David Constant and he has continually gone above and beyond with every step of the transaction. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership left us feeling the exact same way. I truly can't say enough good things about this Volvo of Cape Cod.

The purchase process at Volvo Cars of Cape Cod was easy and pleasant and all the staff I met were attentive and professional. While I went in looking for a used car, I ended up with a new car that I love at terms I was happy with. My only suggestion would be to allow plenty of time for the final financing conversation and for vehicle walk-through. Some evening and more weekend hours would help accommodate those customers with busy work schedules!
