    Alex was young and energetic and did a great job explaining the benefits to this one owner vehicle. He followed up after the sale twice already to ensure... I didn’t need anything such as questions answered and that the car was running fine. He even remembered that i was taking a trip to see my son in Portland. Keep up the good work Alex! Keep it personal and you will do well! Highly recommend him he cares about his customers!

    It’s gonna break my heart to give this place a one star review but I felt like I need to tell everyone my experience here I have bought myself four cars... and taken about seven customers there to buy cars and all of them bought cars there was always issues about deposit and money they owe me specially on one of my cars she bought the gap and we came to sign the papers three times to cancel it and get refunded cause we paid it of in two years and on the fourth visit they said I never purchased the gap on it but we signed the cancellation The last car I bought with my godmother was a Tucson we traded in her Nissan now it’s been almost two months I came back twice cause dmv was sending her papers of registration and they told me don’t worry about it so we didn’t and now she’s getting papers for. Fast track of fees and I went to tell them and now they want me to go to the DMV and show them a Release of liability that was supposed to be done from the very beginning when we traded in the car not too months later the sad part is that I’m a neighbor of theirs and a vendor for them but I think it’s best I cut ties it ain’t like they pay on time anyways and they don’t like to take responsibility for their screw ups it’s sad but hey that’s Business

    Valerie in Service Dept made time in her hectic schedule to help Victoria B. by getting a warranty repair authorized. Without Valerie's help - it's quite... likely the warranty would not have been honored. Valerie listened intently, reviewed the circumstances, and put forth the effort to reach out to Hyundai to make it happen. She is a true professional... she listened, considered the circumstances, and used her professional skill and knowledge to get the repair authorized by the manufacturer. Valerie is an example of excellence in her profession. She IS Win Hyundai. She is 'the Real Deal'.... Thank you. John B

    Went in with a Pre approval from a finance company and advised the sales person upfront of this. Was assured that that was fine. It was not, they would... not bother to call the bank to verify my approval. They ran my credit and told me they couldn't help me! I told then I didn't need to have them finance me, to contact the finance company directly, they would not. They are way overpriced on cars that they claim are CPO's bit have filthy interiors and windshield wiper blades falling off! Would never recommend this dealership to anyone!

    From the moment we entered WIN HYUNDAI EL MONTE to the moment we drove off in our new car, we received first class treatment every step of the process.... Mr. Jay Prieto is very professional, fair, respectful and courteous. He listened carefully to our needs and concerns. We had a very POSITIVE experience with WIN HYUNDAI EL MONTE.     Guys, don't hesitate a second to give your business to Win Hyundai in El Monte. The crew is exemplary! It started with a heartfelt welcome from Jay Prieto... who walked us through cars that we requested, provided good information on cars and worked wtih us to close the BEST deal.     My experience at Hyundai was great. Jay answered all my questions in a very professional and courteous manner. I was able to test drive multiple cars and... did not feel pressured to commit to a car instantly. He was very patient and explained everything in detail from beginning to end. When it was time to take my new car home, he made sure that my car was ready to go inside and out. He also followed up with me to ensure that everything was going great with my new car. Overall I am very satisfied with my visit to this Hyundai location and their great team. For anyone interested in a new car, I recommend that you visit them in El Monte and ask for Jay. P in sales!
